install was poorly done that I had to rectify myself.The technician couldn’t work out how to lock the controller in the cutout and tried to silicone it in.He then left the facia cover off sitting on our bench that is what bought my attention to the poor installation. I emailed Kings with a video of the poor installation and informed them it still wasn’t cooling below 6 deg, it should chill to 1 deg. I received and email back asking me to try the reset button that I had already sent them a video of me trying the reset button. Kings customer service is pathetic to say the least and customer service non existent. I’ve sent 23 emails trying to get the fridge sorted out with no result in it working properly as per the product spec sheet. I rang there office number complaining about lack of email replies and the answer was the person who looks after the warranty’s works remotely and they couldn’t transfer my call,so in other words they don’t actually have office/warehouse facilities. I was told someone would be in contact with me and 24 hours later no contact has been made. At $2500 this wasn’t a cheap item purchased,do your homework before/if using this dodgy business.
