Tried to find a middle ground where I pay part of the onboarding, but they declined and threatened to small court if I did not pay.

Disgusted - I highly recommend not to work with them.

Don't know what they are doing, don't read emails – Don't provide proper rental records or know how rent etc is calculated and say there system does it. They don't read emails and ask for details again when it is in the email trail they sent back asking for it again.

Unprofessional – Unable to work with my tenants to find a reasonable work around to simple issues and the advice given is terrible. In this climate when homelessness is at such a high level they are not looking out for human beings.

Discusting service – No maintenance on your property, no inspections on your property, don't care about your property, and would not recommend using them for your most valuable asset unless you want to redevelop.
