Great price, Great Warranty including Great Customer Service – I contacted Kirby Moorooka (Qld 4105) as they were the nearest outlet to my property in Corinda, for a Gree Hyper Plus 9.4kw air-conditioning split system. I was initially served by Maisie, then instore by Shayne Bennett. The 9.4 kw unit that I was after was not in stock, so Shayne made every effort to get one from a store interstate. I found Shayne’s customer service, communication skills including his willingness to assist help locate a unit for me to be very good, given that I required this unit as a matter of urgency. The Gree Hyper Plus System comes with a 6 Years Warranty which was the best compared to other manufacturers. So if you are looking for a new air-conditioning system at a great price, great warranty including great customer service do give Shayne and the team at Moorooka a call. They will also organise your delivery and installation of the system if required.
