issue over time has been the basket is a little loose as you'd expect.

With a bigger family now, we have decided to upgrade to a bigger machine but this beauty will still be going strong at my parents house.

Great value air fryer – I bought this as a cheap way to try out air fryers to see if I would use the appliance. I use it a lot and my kitchen chef is now a few years old and still going strong! I have recommended it to many people. It cooks so much quicker than using the oven. Great for reheating leftovers and frozen foods. It toasts up garlic bread in a few minutes. Good price and works great – This product was far cheaper than others on the market yet the build quality seems the same and it does exactly the same job at air frying foods as other brands. Quick & Easy – I quite satisfy with this product, is quick and easy to use. Is very quick to reheat and cook chips, much quicker than an oven. This fryer is perfect for family with children is easy to use and clean. We leave our fryer on the kitchen branch as we use it every day.  Show details

Great addition to my kitchen – The model is 2.6L but that wasn't an option above. I find it really easy to use for reheating but have also tried it out for cooking from scratch and it's great for that also. I leave it on the benchtop as I lack physical strength in my arms to put things away especially when I use them often. I think it cooks fast enough and it's ridiculously easy to clean, often only needing a wipe with the paper towel (both the underneath and the container)  Show details

Horrible – This machine I sent back cause it would not cook as quick as they said it would. Do not waste your money as it takes quicker to cook in the oven than this air fryer. Did not like it one bit (takes 1 hour to cook chicken drumsticks, nearly an hour for chips and steak if I kept on cooking it in this airfryer it would have taken me 2 or more hours.  Show details

dangerous to use – To me this is a very dangerous product. No matter how hard I push to ensure that the two pieces are securely clipped together, when I take them out of the air fryer they fall apart and I get burned. At the moment I have huge blister on my right foot from the hot bottom section fell.

Air fryer the best! – I have been using Euro chef Air fryer for a week now and Im so happy for it because it cooked well chicken nuggets and french fries for my family. I used it everyday as nuggets are favourite finger food of my toddler. Air fryer made me easy to fry without using any cooking oil at all and easy to clean , with its handle as well easy to hold without burning your hand, simple machine but the best , highly recommend.

Family Friendly - just awesome! – I LOVE this.. previously had a different one and bought this recently. The one I had previously was not as easy to use. I can't fault it. want more? Chicken parma, CAKE.. it's just amazing and is the MOST used tool in the kitchen - used at least once a day! Easy to clean! Just remember, when you want to release the tray thingy.. put it on a flat surface.. or you'll drop the base ;-) GREAT price considering there are tons on the market for 2 or 3 times the price that do exactly the same thing!

I turned it on ! The timer doesn't move . It starts but you have to stop the fryer manually . I call – So far I'm not impressed . I received the fryer without the original box . No receipt . Only the instruction book . I called them they asked me to take photo & email it to them . I did four days do far no word from them . I tried to use it . It turns on but the timer doesn't move . I had to switch it manually . I called them the phones were down . I have to call again ! I'm not happy at all

Really a great appliance – After 3 weeks, cannot fault mine. Use Phillips recipes as a guide. 1 of my favourite appliances.i cook for 2, but would need 2 of them for a larger family. I use it at least every 2nd day. great value for money paid. And I would really recommend it to anyone considering purchasing it

Replaced and is working perfectly – I purchased one of these from Groupon also first time I got an email from supplier saying that there was a known issue that they would be sending me a replacement free of charge. but the replacement is fantastic, to my knowledge the company supplier this product has now corrected this issue.

same fault – mine dropped dead after 1 minute the fault was with the connection, it only turned on when the handle is lifted upwards....returned it to Groupon got offered money back or replacement ....got my replacement after about a month, been using it 3 - 4 times a week for a month , so far no complaints only the basket is a bit difficult to clean (no diswasher)

Faulty - Designed poorly - Air Fryer Kitchen Chef 2.2L – I have had the same experience with the Kitchen Chef 2.2L Air Fryer. Obviously there is a design fault. I have spoken to Groupon and they have asked to return the unit for a full refund....

I then moved the chips around, as the instructions advised. I had very little in the air fryer actually, just a few chips, I was just testing it out.

I reset the timer for another 10 minutes but the unit did not restart. I turned it off & on and retried several times.

I found that if I held the lower handle up slightly, the power reconnected and it would start briefly again, only to cut out.

To give Groupon their due, they have agreed to a return of the item but I am not impressed.

Obviously there is a faulty connection in the unit but I am also surprised that the instructions state emphatically that under no circumstances should the basket section (bottom) unit be opened while it is going. If there is a need to open it, the user should turn the timer to off before opening.

That is clear enough, but why, oh why, didn't they build a unit that would lock into place while it is actually going?

I think it is highly dangerous to have a unit that can be opened without some sort of safety lock or auto cut off feature.

It is big and bulky. And it didn't work past 10 minutes.
