Kitchen Couture 13L Digital Air Fryer

I’ve always believed that you get what you pay for — but in this case, I feel completely let down. I purchased this air fryer for $149 in August 2024, and by February 2026, it had already failed. It was used moderately: roughly 30 minutes every second day, shared between two adults. I bought it as a replacement for my Delonghi air fryer, which lasted a solid five years, so I expected at least comparable reliability.
From the beginning, this unit showed clear design flaws. It came with three shelves, but the cooking performance was inconsistent and unpredictable. Each shelf behaved differently: sometimes the middle shelf produced the best results, other times the top or bottom did — but rarely all at once. The top shelf frequently burnt food to a crisp, while the bottom shelf often left items undercooked. It seems to be an inherent issue with multi‑tier air fryers where the air simply doesn’t circulate evenly. Based on my experience, I would not purchase this brand again, nor would I buy another multi‑tier air fryer. We’ve now replaced it with a Ninja model, hoping that a reputable brand will deliver the quality and consistency we expected. Ninja appears to be gaining a strong reputation, so time will tell.
