Just purchased this oven after carefully reading specifications to ensure a stainless steel interior. Misleading descriptions and photos mean that it has exactly the same lining as my last oven which discolours very quickly and always looks dirty. Be aware Show details
Purchased on line Oct 2023. Worked OK until Jan 2025 then started shorting out home RCD with electric fault somewhere. Sadly just out of 12 month warranty, not able to repair cost effectively. and do not purchase any Kitchen Couture products in future. You have been warned.... purchase a reputable brand. Having said this food produced/cooked whilst it worked was good. Keeping insides clean is a challenge once you leave it to cool as per instructions. Rotisserie drive fell put of side wall after 3 months.

On (FUNCTION) button doesn't work when the lid is closed – Used this on the first day I received the delivery Exactly as described by previous users, you cannot use the air fryer since it does not think the lid is securely closed. There is a safety trigger switch or similar that needs to be pushed by the lid in order for the FUNCTION button to work. Have emailed all the below email addresses for a replacement/refund asap. Rust and contains lead – Base rusted within one year of use. We had wiped it down after each use and it still rusted. Worse still I tested with a lead tester and all rusted sections has tested positive for lead.bought it from Coles online store. Show details

Great Value for money – This air fryer has the capacity to feed more people due to its ability to hold more food. oven. The rotisserie is quite messy. The other consideration with this product is its size and the need to have reasonable ventilation around it as the fan expels a lot of hot air from the unit. It's not really the type of appliance that one wants to get in and out of a cupboard of used regularly

i'm writing this because i can't understand the complaints. people sound like they don't know what they're doing so they blame their tools. imagine writing a bad review because your machine had a dent?? that's not the machine's fault obviously. another review writes "garbage" what the hell is that? obviously there is considerable amount of design and construction expertise involved. the equipment available these days is mind blowing then dullards are complaining about it. i love it. i'm here because i was just looking for a manual to maximise the use of this fine machine and noticed the negative and nonsense reviews. also, with the cost of power going up lately this type of oven will only become more valuable.
Fast and fantastic cooker – Great addition to my cooking options does cook more evenly and fast too I am using it daily and over my small convection cooker, the standard oven it just too large for two of us so it doesn't get a look in. Not happy – Bought in June 20213 died in February 2024. Light began flashing and loud buzzing noises and touch pad was un-operational. Worried if trying to use re fuses. Supplier very uncooperative re replacement or refund. Numerous emails back and forward including video of lights and still no decent response just requests for further videos etc. Prior to these issues I was happy with performance for the price.
