All Talk, Very Little Action – As with many companies, excellent up front during the sales and signing process, and extremely average from that point on. Poor communication, even poorer scheduling of trades. Job took four times longer than agreed; company seemed completely unfazed and disinterested, almost as if this happens all the time, which from other reviews here, does appear to be the case. With so many players in this market, I'd give these guys a wide berth.

We Couldn't Be Happier... Spectacular to look at, Functioal and Efficiently Practical to use – As our Hampton themed kitchen was always going to be complicated and intricate to design then create, we envisaged it would also be more time consuming to complete than the more modern sleek look kitchens, which it was. However we feel that the extra time was definitely more than worth the wait... From the first day of sitting having a coffee with Joe trying to explain our thoughts and watching him sketch them in front of us to create the initial design, then reviewing and selecting the many options available, on to working with Jeremy to finalise the selection and integration of our appliances, tap fittings and paint finishes, etc., then watching their team of highly skilled craftsmen create and then finally install our kitchen, each and every step was professionally and diligently done. At every stage our wishes and expectations were always valued and respected, as was our home during the installation process.

More than a year down the track since completion and we are even more happy as not only does our kitchen still look amazing, we have found it is also so practical and functional to prepare and cook in. The efficient use of every possible space granting easy access, additional hidden storages spaces and electrical points means that with many hands at work with no frustrating delays and clashes for access, to cater for our big family gatherings and functions is now a breeze.

We can honestly say if we did it all again we would not change a single thing...!!!

Never ever again, this is a no star review – Do not get a kitchen with them my completion date was 29 th september 2014 its now nearly the end of october and Im still waiting. The kitchen is almost done it is now november 17 donot order a kitchen through them all youl have is headaches

Terrible – Kitchen Solutions started out being very impressive, but as time went on, work was not completed, the quality of some of the trades work was very poor, and the customer service was highly lacking. Our project was meant to take about 3 months, and ended up taking 1 1/2 years. We had to write a letter threatening action via the buildres' registration board to get the bulk of the work completed. We have been waiting 7 months to get a small defect in the kitchen cabinets repaired. There are some small finishing off tasks that have been left incomplete, that we have just decided to do ourselves. The builder did reduce the final price to compensate for the length of time taken. Good quality cabinetry Poor customer service, jobs left unfinished, extremely long completion time, some poor quality trade work, very poor attendance to maintenance requests.
