Klipsch RP-1000SW

Wow. That's how it starts from the moment you see it. Klipsch has made a subwoofer that will not only make your room come alive with a breath of below 20Hz fresh air, but it's also beautiful to look at with it's copper spun cerametallic driver, hidden screws. This 10" sub with it's 19Hz frequency response (-3dB) will blow you away. You will hear sound effects in movies you have never heard (felt) before, notes (think of the 32 step organ for example) in your favorite music you never heard before. It's unlike most other out there unless you fork out significantly more money.

Having said that I was comparing this with the larger 12" SVS PB1000 PRO which might be the only contestant with similar performance and a slightly lower price tag, but without the refined looks and different approach.

Pros: -Refined, beautiful to look at -True cinematic experience

Cons: -Port noise at high excursion
