Water levels wrong! – This is the worst rice cooker I have ever owned. There's something wrong with the markings on the side for the water. As with all rice cookers, the instructions tell you to measure the rice with the cup and put in the water corresponding to the markings on the bowl. First time I used it I knew it was making me put too much water in and the rice turned out a mushy mess. I returned it.  Show details

Easy to use! – Although not making the perfect rice, this is a wonderful rice cooker that gives you decent rice within short time. East to clean and care. The pricing is also great value and I would prefer this to a $100+ rice cooker any day. You can just buy a new one once it gets old and damaged, but mine is still going strong after 1 year.  Show details
