My cooler is working fine, but the light above the cool button is always blinking, won't turn off even when the cooler is turned off. Only way to get it to go off is to switch off at the electrical socket.

The cooler was amazing at first, but now, it does not seem to cool my room no matter what speed setting i use even with the cool function on. Why is that?? i don’t have the box or receipt to return it

I thought exactly the same thing, ridiculous design. Also, I have only had it a week and it is leaking water even though the plug is securely in place.

Just bought this product today. While cooling seems fine, my concern is that why is there a plastic board behind louvres? It’s blocking more than 80% of the air coming out. What’s the point of it if I’m not getting full service. Can it be removed or is it a faulty product which needs returning?
It built in and yes unfortunately blocking the air . U have to keep it or return it’s up to u but it’s like that . I have returned mine coz of water spill and damp smell just after couple days.

After having this for almost 4 weeks now it's just started to leak out of now where I can't find the leak anywhere it leaks on or off the plug is in correct I have used a cork and it still leaked

Why is there only a small part of the internal vent area available? Most of it is blocked by hard plastic and there is nothing in the manual regarding this.

They work well if you add ice and it is in a small room. If you want to cool an entire unit, then you'll need a portable AC or possible look at Big W Onix evap (less drop in temp, but more powerful)
