Terrible, don’t believe the reviews on Kmart website – It is not comfortable like advertised. Made neck pain worse. It is advertised as being firm on center but soft on outer as in top and bottom but it wasn’t, the “softness” just flattens to the firm foam which is too hard. I’ve had many sleepless nights due to the aches caused in my neck and upon my ears due to the firm pressure.
