I bought these so called pillow protectors to reduce the discolouring from sweat and to extend the life of the pillows. SHOCKED to see the mould growth when I removed the pillow slips when washing the bed linen. Mould growth is seriously worst then discolouration. HOW IS THIS PRODUCT LEGAL IN AUSTRALIA? Note: I have not used this pillow since I became aware of the mould on both sides of the protector. Yes I rotate my pillows so both sides of the pillow protector have mould. NO! The pillow protectors did not stop my new pillow(s) from yellowing from head sweat.

Rubbish quality and huge – Thin cotton quilted over the cheapest, thinnest polypropylene. They'll last as long as the cheapest polypropylene. My average size latex pillow wallows inside with extra inches all around. So much surplus, the whole lot then jams so tight in an average size pillow cover, and the result is an ugly lumpy mess. If you ever need to return a bedding product to Kmart tell them you didn't open the packaging or they won't refund. No visible notice or warning about that.

Hi Kmart, I returned the product within 3 hours, in its packaging with all labels intact - yep your dodgy sticky bag closure was even less sticky than when I bought it. I had the receipt. Your staff picked it up saw it wasn't properly closed, threw it down and told me "it's been opened, we won't refund". Stupid honest me admitted to opening it. Asked to speak to a manager, someone else came out, repeated above and pointed to an A4 piece of paper with approx 6font print and said that's our refund policy. Illegible. Rude. I'm a diminutive, 60 yo woman wearing a mask because I'm immunocompromised. I was being polite and calm. Your staff were rude and dismissive. Your no refund policy wasn't clearly visible at any time. I don't need to discuss it. I want to do my best to ensure no-one else, acting in good faith, has this experience or wastes their money with the rubbish product.
