Kmart Garment Steamer Questions & Answers
VerifiedI received this steamer for Christmas to steam my linen clothes. It continually spits water from the hand held nozzle - anyone have an idea why?
It could be needs to be descaled. Depending on the water that was put in.where you live etc. try that or maybe return up Kmart before August. They will require a receipt for any returns
We are sorry about this, would you be able to share more information here: external link or call us on 1800 124 125 so our team can assist further.

Why is my anko garment steamer leaking under the base?
Hi, I’m not sure,I haven’t had a problem with mine leaking at all. I would probably take it back to Kmart if it’s less than a year old and they should replace it for you...sorry I can’t be more help!
same problem here !
I purchased stand up garment steamer and it was leaking water from water tank. The bottom compartment where tank sits was full of water...
Mine too! Did u find out solution?
I recently purchased it like a day ago and I had the same problem after providing Kmart with a picture of the leak (not yet opened) they offered me to keep it and have a refund of 16 dollars which I was like no way. So I decided to do it on my own and found the issue. Basically one of the inside tubes that direct water to the steamer is not plugged in which is human error missed in assembly. All I did was take the product base off, connect it and a metal seal you’ll find it somewhere loose in the product just plug it in and put the metal clip to tighten the tube. And you are good to go. Just a tip if there’s water inside it might have touched the electrical circuit so I’d suggest to let it dry before you start using it. I hope this was helpful to everyone.
I have just bought this steamer and can’t seem to get it to turn on. Are there any tips/tricks?
