New Knebel Kitchen – Nice Kitchen and getting good comments from our guest. Very attention to our request.

Total Rubbish – After insisting on 40% deposit we didn’t hear from them for three months eventually they delivered the kitchen that was not built to the plans. Not one cupboard was correct in measurements. Sink was not centred to window. Instead of walk in pantry they delivered a cupboard, I was told to stand on the shelf so to reach inside! twice to replace two cupboards but brought exactly the same size again! The kitchen is too small for the space. Paint was incomplete, only part panels / cupboards painted. Now not returning my calls. Happy to provide photos if requested.

Won’t answer emails or return calls – We chose to use this company as the reviews were very good. We called into the showroom in Ingleburn and spoke at length to Antonella. email to say she had left the company and Carlos would be taking over her duties and he would be in contact with us. We have sent several emails and telephone calls leaving messages. Carlos has not returned any emails or calls. This has been going on for several weeks, not good enough, if this is how they treat potential customers, how the hell do they look after their customers when a problem arises.

product and the flooring in our house, plumber, electrician, plasterer, I hope we haven't forgotten anyone! Every question was answered quickly and any concerns we had were addressed, the rubbish removed, the trades cleaned up after themselves and were happy to be there and polite. We had visited some other kitchen reno places before going to Kneeble but the quality of the finish was what initially helped to decide who we should get to do our renovation. All the appliances fitted in perfectly and there were additional details we didn't know about or see in other kitchens. For example, little lugs to stop shelves moving - excellent, different ones for the glass shelves, way the cupboards all fitted together well, even the little strip across the top of the dishwasher so there was a minimal gap. I hope I never have to do another kitchen because it is a big job but if I did would go back to them. Well done Kneeble.

We love it! – Knebel managed the accurate dimensions for our oven, refrigerator, sink and cook top. Unbelievable! We are happy with the final product looks wonderful. The people in Knebel seem to be astute and aware of their requirements.

Mick our project manager, coordinated the tradesmen so that there were no delays and everything was finished to absolute perfection.

Chris the plumber, Luis the electrician, Quong the tiler, John the plasterer, the boys who removed the old kitchen, and the guy who installed the cabinetry (I’m sorry I can’t remember his name) and last but not least, the boys from Granite Stone. Each one of these guys were superb.

We have strongly recommended Knebel to all of our friends and family, should they ever contemplate renovating their kitchen.
