If I could give Knight Frank in Wagga Wagga NSW a minus, I would! As Managing Agents for the Reid-Smith building in Cowra, they are woeful! This is the building in which the local Coles Supermarket is situated as well as The Reject Shop (the last… Read more
two remaining tennants). Gradually due to high rents, we have lost all the other tennants like the Barber Shop etc. In the past two years there have been broken tiles on floor - so far not fixed, simply a plastic post put over the hazzard. The toilet facilities have been out of operation for the past four months. Letters and Emails go unanswered. Locals who phone about the above matters are fobbed off rudely, or not spoken to at all. The toilet facilities in particular are important given that the nearest other toilet is some 700 meters away. This is a country town. Some people drive quite a distance to do their shopping in town and require toilets when they arrive. There is a high percentage of older people who shop in Coles and require toilet facilities, sometimes in a hurry. The Nitwit of a so-called Sales Manager has said that the toilet facilities are not going to be repaired owing to vandalism. Well, perhaps Knight Frank could consider this ----- if you do not give a service, you cannot get paid for it! If you take the monthly management fee from the tennants and do not give the service, that amounts to fraud and theft! The quality of service is minus 10, their quality of communication is minus 10 and their product is minus 10. If somebody falls over and breaks a hip, it will cost a lot more than a Tiler to replace a few tiles. If a person has an accident because he/she cannot get to a toilet soon enough and ends up in hospital and/or dies, it will cost a lot more than a Plumber to repair/replace the toilet facilites. Final comment ----- Ned Kelly was a Gentleman!!!!!!!
Follow-up · As of Friday 13th 2026 the Public toilets were open -- entry door was open and the Out of Order notice taken off -- and appeared to be fixed. "Appeared" because I did not go into check. Tiles on floor have been fixed (the cones were no longer there and I did not notice any loose tiles, hence, they were fixed). Building last week was in fact… Read more
Like all others mentioned here. These are the worst valuers in the market and they give very low value. I have some other valuers at the home as well. Out of all of them Kinght Frank gace the lowest value and I see a difference of 50k from the second lowest valuer.
Worst valuer ever! Avoid! Ask your lender to cancel valuation and rebook other valuer. Send some one from Point Cook (about 80km away) to value my Geelong property. He has no idea about Geelong market, quote comparison from a cheaper suburb too. Also, have another valuation booked with them for Monday 9-1pm and notify last minutes close to 1pm… Read more
saying he's busy and change the valuation date to 3 days later but come back with way way under value price.
Update: Called Knight Frank to complain, the guy who answered the phone said he's just the telephone guy and laugh ! Horrible company! Never use them!
Nearly didn't go with this valuer after seeing the ratings so bad, however they were Very helpful and a quick service. Accurate valuation and very happy. The valuer was lovely and good communication. I would choose them again
worst valuer ever. wasted 4 days to withhold property inspection report because they decided to charge $1500 + GST AFTER inspection done. Most valuers charge $1000-$1200+ GST. When you see these guys coming for inspection, make sure you tell your finance company to request other valuers.
If you are using this stupid valuer, they cant even get the price right. They are inferior and understand the value. Consistently lower $50k-$200k lower than standard market value.
Do not waste your money with this company – These guys don’t know what they are talking about. Do not use them to value your house as it will come at least 100k lower then what it is worth. Unprofessional, and waste if time and money.
Tyrants – This mob was selling my neighbours property ( farm) and had their drone operator fly his drone over my farm, hovering over my property spying for approx 2 minutes. At a height of approx 5 metres, looking in to my workshop, into my dining room and bedroom windows and every other part of my house and living area! I contacted Knightfrank about the… Read more
matter to inform them of the massive privacy laws broken here and they refused to let me know the drone operators details.I would never use a company this unproffesional. Typical money grabbers.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS REAL ESTATE – STAY AWAY FROM THIS REAL ESTATE. The receptionist transferred to the wrong agent, and [Name Removed] answered my questions unprofessionally and rudely. That fella needs a pay raise for being a professional moron.
Impatient – Force tenant to pay the legal fee just because tenant pay the rent late for few days. Impatient and not friendly
May as well just send you the info from the office - agent won't answer any questions so why is he there? – Took a few days to get someone to respond to my enquiry after 4 attempts. After meeting agent on site received relevant documents by email but agent ignored my questions with no explanation why.
Terrible interview that was set up by HR that left me humiliated – I was called by a HR rep named Abhinav at KF and he said my CV would fit a Senior role. Then he pushed me to go for an interview within the next 2 hours and I felt pressured to agree - he was super pushy. Then when I had the interview, the 2 directors were in their car and said they wanted me to just speak while they turned their cameras off so it… Read more
was like I was talking to myself the whole time. Then they ask, this isn't for a senior position you know that right? Then I just explained that the HR guy set me up. I was so humiliated and disappointed that the whole interview was rushed and not professional and I wasn't even ready for it.
Terrible HR guy and also the 2 guys I interviewed with. They never even bothered to respond apologising for the situation :(
Supportive through COVID hardships – Big thanks to the KF team that we rent through in Perth metro, [Names Removed] have been wonderful in liaising with our landlord to help get through this last few months. No hassling and they recognised good tenants when they see them and have gone into battle for us also. 1 yr and half in our home.. and quick to get anything fixed, rental… Read more
application wasn’t an I.T. Nightmare, quick to process and keep us informed of service interruptions eg closures of Onsite facilities etc.

Know better, choose better.
Knowledgeable, passionate and patient – Lilly Wong from Knight Frank is everything you want in a real estate agent. Although she represents her company, she has your needs at heart. She is knowledgeable, experienced and very passionate and patient. Our daughter bought her first home and was anxious at a big purchase. Lilly made sure all stones are uncovered, explained the process, gave… Read more
her pros and cons of each of the potential apartments and went the extra mile by making sure my daughter is well prepared for a long term commitment. Guiding her throughout the purchase decision and process, the purchase process was a relaxed and happy one. Lilly is highly recommended.
Absolutely Shocking – These are the rudest real estate agents I have ever had the misfortune of speaking to or dealing with. As a potential new client, the attitude and manner with which they have chosen to communicate is quite unbelievable. I'm sure common courtesy and good manners are not high on their company beliefs and standards. I would recommend avoiding them at all cost.
Terrible Attitude and Rude Behaviour!! – We had rented our Investment property thru [name removed] from Knight Frank, even after repeated email to transfer rent in respective account by email and phone she just didn't bother to implement that.
