requests, they are quoting from the “Knobby book of excuses” for not acting on requests. Cancellation of my subscription took two months and cost $25 in returned, but uncredited, underwear.

In summary, I like the underwear. But I could never, ever recommend subscribing to Knobby Underwear. 5 stars for the underwear but -3 stars for the lack of customer service.

Their return process is a pain. You have to email them. I'm trying to return something now and they tried to get me to swap it for another size, and then didn't reply when I said no. Show details

Very disappointed with knobby as I needed to return items and customer service have never responded to my email.

I brought the pack of 5 for our Son, the fabric and designs are exceptional. The arrived at my door 2 days after purchasing these amazing products. Our Son said “ it was the best gift we every brought him.” Show details

Thin material – The product looks great out the box. Nice designs arrived relatively quickly. I got the crop top sport bras. The minute I put one on it was obvious they could do nothing to support breasts bigger than an A, maybe a B cup. The fabric stretches so much the design is blurred completely and everything pours out. Show details

Don't subscribe, you'll be bombarded with emails even if you unsubscribe – Purchased a six months subscription as a gift for my son and unsubscribed. That was the beginning of my problems. Even after unsubscribing they bombarded me with emails and sms, I emailed them to stop but they continued. I spoke to them over the phone and they said it was an oversight and yet it continues. Received another email today. Sent another unsubscribe request today. Don't subscribe, they won't take you or their list!

Product is fine but their marketing practices are poor – Bought a few pairs of Knobby undies, product itself is fine. However, after receiving too many marketing emails too often I unsubscribed from their comms. Suddenly, without any prior occurrence, I start receiving marketing text messages from Knobby i.e. they took my unsubscription from their marketing comms as a signal to start texting… Read more

Great way to permanently lose a previously happy customer and former advocate for your brand. Will be directing people to your competitors will less shady marketing practices from this point forward.
