So after 4 weeks of Kogan not being able to do anything with the washing machine,. I was told that someone will call within 2 weeks to collect the machine to assess it before replacing or refunding. If no contact was made, then get back in intouch with them. All up, that's going to be six weeks, and nothing would have happened. I have a large family, and I'm not going to slap my clothes on a rock waiting for you. I purchased another washing machine, not a Kogan.

(Problem with machine: water does not completely spin out from clothes, and they are too soaking wet and cannot be put in the dryer because of this. No matter how many times you spin. The spin is so slow even with a light load. After much research i have found this to be a common problem with this machine.)

There was no refund, another washing machine was sent so I tried it. The same as the first one. After spin cycle a few times towels and clothing still to wet to put in a dryer. After checking nearly all positive reviews about this machine online a large portion of reviews are not verified purchases. I'm for sure going to Fair trading to get my refund.

Full refund given including freight and careplan. Thankyou. Kogan customer service response time to my questions was very quick (Excellent). The only real problem was trying to get a repair person to come and check the washing machine. At the end of the day I will still continue to buy their products because the customer service was very good.
