difficult to use, lots of unnecessary buttons that don't do anything, TV takes ages to load and the apps seem to crash, was easier to just plug in a chrome cast than use the apps on the TV, waiting for a response from Kogan is looking like a big waste of time so I guess I'll count my losses and just go to the good guys and but a Samsung, which is what I should done from the start, trying to save a few dollars has cost me a lot more, buyer beware is all I can say.

Used for a while, the tone is very nice, the day and night are comfortable and almost effective, and the remote response is more sensitive. Generally speaking, I am satisfied and will continue to pay attention.

Terrible picture – I am really dissatisfied with this tv terrible picture on each setting terrible colour and lighting blurry picture and it cannot be changed. I paid a lot of money for this tv from Kogan and it is simply terrible. I am going to try to return the tv to Kogan and I would not recommend this tv at all. Great affordable 4K TV – for the price, this TV is a good buy. it doesn't have the best specs in the world, but u get what u pay for. no problems with apps such as netflix etc, but u can not install netflix from the app store, it's through the aptoide TV app which comes pre installed on this model.  Show details

Smart TV!!!!!!!!! – So disappointed. The basic tv is acceptable(just), as for being smart, forget it. I feel that advertising it as being "smart" is a gross overstatement. Missing the SMART's – Recently received this Smart TV and have been very disappointed with product (and Kogan). Sound quality is bad even with setting up User settings. Controller tools lacking, cannot view list of channels with current and future programs

Service staff blame whoever provided the Android 5.1 Os that cannot be upgraded to something useful.

Then found that it is a discontinued product, so it must have been a fire sale.

Thank goodness I hadn't put the good old Panasonic Plasma on Gumtree and will hook it back up this weekend and think of how I can handball the Kogan Smart TV.

Not so smart – Bought this Kogan smart tv. Not so happy.. most of the apps that you download from the playstore wont work. The tv itself is very slow and takes ages to start up. A lot of the apps it says it is compatible with don't work and when you write to customer service they say its the app developers fault. I guess you get what you pay for.  Show details

Very clear picture, sometimes slow – Picture quality of the Samsung panel is great - and the sound is fine although I use a soundbar now. The unit has 3 HDMI ports which is enough for me. The down-side is the slowness of the operating system and apps - perhaps as it hasn't got a huge amount of memory. I've been enjoying it though as its a wonderful clear picture with great colour. It was a gift so I can't comment on price, but Kogan is usually a great deal.  Show details

Don’t go near it – Poorly built TV, bad picture quality even though it says 4K. Remote control is also badly laid out and user unfriendly - looks like a TV remote from the early 90s (that’s why it’s cheap) And don’t get fooled by the free refund policy. back to Sydney. And that’s not all. They take forever to refund the money and required me to chase them 4 weeks after the tv was sent back. This is easily the tv from hell with bad customer experience.

Terrible tv! Will be selling it! – Bought this tv coz it was cheap and had good functions and apps! It’s so slow, not picking up nbn internet properly so can’t load anything or stream anything! quality tv. It actually makes me rage everyday! I really hate this tv. Can’t wait to get rid of it. Please don’t buy it, you’ll waste your money! Ps we have tried all the rebooting/restarting etc tricks they gave us and it’s useless! I’m not gonna sit on hold everyday to talk to their staff members only to find out it’s all useless
