Don't buy!! Smart TVs that's not so smart – Thought we where getting a great tv!!!! TV definitely doesn't support NETFLIX App. Contacted Kogan, there response is its a third party issue. Funny how the new model online definitely states it is Netflix comparable, obviously they fixed the problem in the new version, mean while the rest of us are left with the dud old version. NO MORE KOGAN FOR ME

Great Value TV – We bought this TV to replace a 42" Analogue TV in our family room, and wall mounted it. It has a great picture and lots of other functions. It's not perfect, takes a long time to start up and its internet functions aren't all that I expected, but it is still good value. Perhaps for my premium TV I would buy something else, but this is good for the price.

watching movies, the dark colour a are hard to distinguish although it's not that much of an issue. Other than that it does its job!

Poor Quality TV and Poor Back UP – I would suggest that any anyone wanting to but this TV don't as the picture is no where near the standard of known brand TV'S. There are 4K and there are real 4K. Even the construction and appearance of the TV is poor quality. The next issue is that Kogan Warranty is very poor and back service even worse. Save your money, don't waste it.

great value for money – When Tv was purchased, the picture was dark and sound was out of sync. I did a factory reset which anyone can do. Now the Tv works perfect! For the price you pay compared to the leading brands its a great Tv. I have foxtel and my surround sound hooked up. All works a treat.

Completely unusable - don't buy it! – TL;DR; Don't buy this TV - you can't use it as a Smart TV to use apps and surf the internet, but more basic than that - you can't even use it as a TV. takes ages to load individual components on the screen, then lags the whole time you use it

3) The TV just randomly loses the channel programming every few days and I have to do a software refresh of the whole tv just to get it to load the tv guide...and then it disappears again the next day!

4) Can't play Youtube videos - even with a ethernet connection and usb keyboard it lags like crazy and is completely unwatchable

5) Folder navigator and media player is next to unusable - it takes ages to populate and the media player crashes every few minutes

6) The software is completely unusable - doesn't matter what apps you download and how simple the web page or file is that you're trying to run, it'll either crash outright, or lag so much it's completely unusable

Absolute rubbish! – Don't buy it. It doesn't do Netflix (and by the sounds of it, doesn't care to...) and it's an absolute nightmare to navigate the smart tv with the remote! If only Kogan pitched in a compatible keyboard as a bonus... Sorry Kogan but you've totally disappointed me with this purchase and I've no intention to use your store again for any further electronical purchases... Such a terrible decision...

Ps. I've spoken to you support team who helped me reset the tv and update the Firmware and the unit is still rubbish and people should be aware that is equivalent to the cheap brands offered at Kmart.

apps " what a load of crap. I'm sure Netflix would love for you to work with them to get it sorted out. As it is, I would rather a refund on this junk.

I've told all my friends not to buy from Kogan, and hope they'll tell theirs - a few of them even commented back that they'd had similar problems with ordering times, and products arriving from china (phones) in chinese language only. Total joke, customer service doen't give two hoots.
