It keeps stopping – This thing stops several times during a wash. All setting need to be reset again. It takes over 2 hours to get the washing done. Never spins out dry enough. Usually quite wet when completed. All setting are correct.Nobody ever come out to fix it. It was new. Had to purchase a new one from Appliances OL. Getting hold of anybody from Kogan is near impossible. There is NO number and NO assistance through their WebSite.
Purchased at Kogan.com for $800.

Very good value for money – Ordered it on a Monday, was delivered to Ipswich, QLD by Wednesday. Amazing. Very good machine, a little noisy but that's OK. Does what it's meant to do, worth it. Plenty of functions for all tpyes of clothing, mainly use just one setting, but also does blankets and quilt cover really well.

Great machine for the price – Brought this small top loader to wash dog towels and blankets after there was an issue with the front loader I brought (no seals in the country to repair under warranty, and a credit supplied and no ‘cheap’ Kogans available immediately which is what I need. Could not fault the Kogan warranty team and their communication FYI. Really quite basic, but a great little machine:
☑️ how you can specify the height of the water levels ☑️ for the few programs that it has ☑️ for easy install (as a female)
Don’t have any cons as of yet, will update as they come but for the $400 that this machine cost there is certainly nothing wrong with it for the uses I require it for.
More than adequate for the price paid.
Ok small update, and rather minor. I’m thinking perhaps I haven’t quite figured it out yet BUT blankets and towels I need to throw on for an extra spin. Like I said, something small. They’re still a bit too wet to hang out.

Great machine – I got this washing machine just few months ago when my old Simpson died. It's nice to have something more modern and nice looking appliances at home. I've got the grey one not white and I couldn't be happier. It was super easy to set up & the filter is so easy to clean after each wash. This washing machine has many programs & water levels to choose from. I like how its pointed out how much washing powder you need to you per water level. I've washed all different clothes, blankets, kids playmats & couch covers. Absolutely love this machine.
Purchased in at Kogan.com for $399.
Ok but not great – Bought it with some reservations, and only because it's compact and fitted in my new unit laundry space. I wanted a top loader and this one was small. Kogan/Matt Blatt don't have a system of taking away old machine, or unboxing or attaching so you need to factor that in to your purchase costs. The courier tried to insist it was only to front door of units and I had to insist I had been told it would be brought into my unit. The machine doesn't have the centre agitator that you usually drape the clothes around in a top loader and you have to keep an eye on the wash when filling, because clothing can end up floating on the top of the water and the whole wash finishes and parts of the clothes aren't even wet - so clothes have not moved about and have been missed by wash and rinse water. If I wait till the water has finished filling the machine, I then push all the clothes under the water and this helps but I don't think I should have to do this! Not sure if this is true of all non agitator machines or something in the design of this one. I don't overuse detergent but if I use powder vie the detergent dispatcher or even straight into the tub, at times I have to wash a second time as there is powder left on some clothes - again suggesting to me the wash and rinse process is not thorough for all items in the wash if the powder is still there after the full cycle. Clothes often come out in a tangled heap and you have to detangle tops and jeans and other items as they are knotted up. Which means they are quite wrinkly. Not good for minimum ironing. A frustrating part is that you can't just choose a rinse only function or a pause at beginning of rinse cycle as I have had in other machines, to allow a final rinse additive, either softener or bacterial rinse . This means you need to keep an eye on the time, work out in your head when the final rinse will occur and if you miss altogether and come back into laundry and it's doing or done the final spin, you can't track through the controls after the wash is done and add another rinse and spin to allow you to add a rinse additive. You have to go through the entire wash and number of rinsescycles to get to the final rinse again. This is frustrating and wastes time, water and power. You can change the length of time of wash and rinse cycles on some wash cycles but you can't skip wash altogether and choose rinse or spin only. Being a Kogan product, there's not a customer service hotline you can call as with other white goods companies. If you have a question mid washing and the manual can't help. You need to wade through the labyrinth of their "help" on their website and then send an email to their customer service and it can be some days before you get a reply. It's quiet enough but not flexible enough for the way I wash and I feel I'm having to monitor the washes more which ties me to washing when I have other things to think about. Prefer a set and forget washer. Probably wouldn't buy a Kogan washer again.
