Takes 4 hours to dry a load! Don’t do it! – Hi bought this in august 2021. Should have listened to the product reviews on this site and not Kogan! I switched from a fisher and paykel (on which the door broke) and used to have a full load dry in 1.5 hours. Here, max time setting is 90 minutes, so things don’t get dry. And the specialty settings are 4 hours. I put a load of linen on and 4 hours later, it wasn’t dry!
I have gone from 1.20 was and 1.30 dry with my old machine to 1.20 wash and 4 hours drying and can’t get all my drying done while the sun is up.
This is the worst machine ever! Don’t buy Kogan!

This dryer will burn your clothes – Heed my warning and don't buy this dryer, especially if you have no kind of backup in order to get your clothes dry. The one we received has burned hundreds, if not thousands of dollars worth of clothing. Kogan either could not care less or couldn't be bothered even reading my emails. Another example of them not reading my emails is that when I told them I would decide with my husband, between a refund and a replacement dryer of the same kind, they took it upon themselves to make the decision for us and just replace the faulty dryer. If the new dryer is faulty and I'm out of warranty from the first dryer, too bad so sad.
It's been 5 days since they made the decision for me to replace the dryer and apparently I have another 2 entire weeks of being without as it takes 14 business days. I'm not even sure if that's when it could be dispatched or received. I'm tired of emailing them and getting no answers.
Not sure what's worse; burnt clothes or spending hours and dollars driving to a laundromat and waiting for our clothes and linen to dry.
I'm very unimpressed and wish I'd never bought this dryer in the first place. Learn from me.
