Not even close to 9 kg – Kogan inverter 9kg washing machine does not fit 9kg and have to spin out clothes more than once as they are very wet at end of cycle. Also programs are very long and very specific. The manual supplied with machine is not a full manual have to go online for more specifics. Would not recommend if you need a large washing machine.

So I brought this to wash my dog blankets and towels – Update 2: again, all companies should take note of Kogans customer service. Machine picked up Thursday as they said they would. I’ve given them 6 business days to get back to me re how things are going. They’ve said based on how long I’ve had to wait there are a couple of options. Wait, money back or a credit. I’m happy with a credit, and will be… Read more

replacing with another Kogan machine. Cannot fault their customer service. I will update when finalised. I must admit to being apprehensive at the start of this process based on my dealings with Beko.

Update 1: at this stage all companies should take note of Kogans customer service. Submitted Sunday, they emailed Monday morning advising they will send out a seal (I’d stated my husband could put the seal on), later that afternoon an email saying no seals in stock, could they send out a technician. Of course they can. Another email advising that they would be sending to their repair area, if I could get it ready for the delivery driver? Yes, all this by Wednesday. Pick up is today Thursday. They’ve said if they can’t repair the seal I get a new machine. Which seems quite wasteful seeing that the machine itself is brilliant it’s ‘just’ the seal. I did stress I wasn’t necessarily after a new machine based on the above.

Surely, it cannot be this easy? I suppose I’m scarred after dealing with Beko at double the price lol. However, at this stage I cannot rave about them enough and will be definitely replacing the house machines etc with Kogan when the time comes.

Ok time for a service call, the rubber on the inside has broken. Bit disappointing as stated below only used for dog blankets and towels, low usage (a load a week maximum) and the way the seal has come away and part of it broke off makes me wonder how with less usage than a normal machine this is possible. Frustrating, based on my say so of this machine family members have purchased for inside their homes. The way the seal has been attached shows why this was a cheap product and I couldn’t believe how the seal was attached to the machine with a wire and spring. Photo of the seal has also been attached.

I will update on how dealing with them for a warranty issue, went.

So I brought this to wash my dog blankets and coats. To be honest I was VERY wary of this machine, but it didn't really need to be anything flash other than do what I specified above.

Let's just say, when my brand name machine dies that cost me triple the price and has given me nothing but troubles- I would have no hesitation replacing my house machine with a Kogan washing machine.

Easy to empty the lint filter East to select the cycle of washing you need to do

Would I recommend this machine? ABSOLUTELY.

And I'm starting to think it's too good for my shed lol

I'll be buying a kogan dryer when I remember (did purchase as well) based on my face reviews both my sisters have also brought new washing machines and dryers also.

Worst washing machine – Washing machine is not user friendly. Powder has to be dissolved prior to placement in drawer. Doesn't have common cycles eg heavy duty items but has useless specific "backpack" cycle....silly. washed towels and tops sprayed with powerful stain remover to no avail...washed twice still stains not removed...the old machine had no issues with this scenario.... overall very unhappy with this purchase

Excellent machine & value for money – I have three boys three and under so a quality washing machine is a must. I love the settings on the machine such as: - The quick cycle option (16mins) - kids wear - Cotton Eco - Winter cycle (which I use a lot!) Also great that I can choose the spin speed, what stain it is in particular I need to get out (paint, food, wine etc) It is… Read more

super efficient, both energy and water ratings are 4 star and it is super quiet. We have a European Laundry set up which is in the main living space and once the doors are shut we can barely hear it. I also love the graphite colour we got instead of white.

The clothes come out really well-spun which reduces drying time and still in their shape.

The only reason it lost a star was when opening/shutting the door and at the start of the cycle when the door locks, it makes quite a loud clunk - but this is absolutely doesn’t affect the quality of the machine & the job it does.

I would definitely recommend this Machine and is outstanding value for money.

Not happy – Machine shakes violently when on spin cycle even when set to low rpm with a minimal laundry load. It's damaged the wall in the apartment I've just moved into from the shaking. I have to hold it to stop it from vibrating out of its bay. Its so noisy I'm surprised the neighbors haven't complained. Very disappointed. Show details
