Disappointing Product Longevity, Bad Quality, and Poor Customer Service – I am deeply frustrated with my TV. I bought it on September 2021, and it stopped working in May 2023. It is disappointing that a product I invested in has not met my expectations in terms of longevity. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide that this will be my last product from Kogan. and then update firmware, which I had already completed just by reading the troubleshoots. I can now tell you, that power cycle resets did not help. Restore to factory settings did not help. Updating firmware did not help; and in fact now, the TV wont actually turn on!!!!!
Numerous days and many hours lost trying to fix this shite excuse of a TV. And in fact, its still a problem because it now has to go to to the local TIP. Awesome for the environment, NOT!! Thanks Mr Kogan. You're the best. :((((((
The TV has great clarity and the sound is ok, BUT like many others, after watching it for a few minutes, the screen fades to black and then you can't get the picture back by pressing any buttons on the remote. Turning it off then on does'nt even rectify it. How the HELL are you supposed to watch the excellent clarity of the picture. I have had to hard reset the TV just so i can get into the settings function and disable any self timers and power functions, but to no avail. Kogan, you're on a winner with this one!

offer me a new tv. No sound bar or my 5 yr warranty I purchased. They want me to repurchase these things?? I have had nothing but trouble with Kogan since 2017. I truly believe that they are taking full advantage of my situation as a disability pensioner , who can not afford to replace a so called GOOD quality tv and accessories which I thought I was doing in 2017. With my second replacement tv they said I would receive my full warranty (5 yrs) because it was brand new. And yes i am still in contact by email. In cronic pain living alone and no tv. Had to Replace 3 TVs back to back, still faulty. Lost patience, and now returned. No more Kogan TVs – This TV would've been a great bang for the buck, IF it actually did what it's supposed to. I'll tell you what problems I had with the 3 TVs of the same model which were replaced one by one, before I lost patience and just told them to give me a full refund. with is faulty. The replacement (2nd TV): - Standby light still on when the TV is on. - Blooming on the TV on the right side. This is very noticeable in dark scenes or movies. The replacement again! (3rd TV): - Standby STILL ON when TV is on. - Blooming on the lower left of the TV this time. - Backlight leaking towards the frames of the TV on the right, bottom, inside the top, and the back of the TV. - Remote's back button not responding occasionally.
P.S: Before the 3rd TV replacement I asked the Kogan support to double-check before sending in the 3rd TV. As I've lost my patience by that time. I bought the original TV on Jan 25th, 2020, and by now its March already. But they didn't check it.
As you can see, each TV replacement problems are getting progressively worse than the previous ones. We are not responsible for their manufacturing defects, and terrible service. DON'T BUY THIS TV.
Kogan should have a common-sense approach to TVs and replacements. How can you expect your customers to keep replacing TVs forever? Why can't you double-check your manufacturing defects before sending a TV in? If the model is faulty, how about offering a different improved model in your huge TV line up as exchange for the inconvenience caused for the customer as a goodwill gesture? THIS IS HORRIBLE.
