Useless and not efficient!! – We’re not happy with G60. It’s very noisy and not efficient. The mapping is useless and often can’t find its way back to the charging station. We bought it in November and doesn’t use it very often. Today it stops working for some reasons. We’re not happy at all!!

What a piece of junk – Does not pick up anything on hard floors more than dust or hairs. Side brushes get mangled after first use, and seem to just push stuff around. App is clunky and doesn't see device if you connect on 5GHz at home - vac only connects on 2.4GHz Low suction. Random cleaning track is annoying and inefficient. Didn't risk trying the mopping function. Save your money and buy a Neato or Roomba.

Thanks, yes, have already been dealing with Kogan support. Didn't do much to try and keep me as a customer tbh. A $20 credit will only buy so many replacement brushes. Should of just bought another Neato.
