Very impressed with my new Koh mop. Much better than the cheaper ones which I have.
Koh markets themselves as a brand on a mission to "make sustainable cleaning second nature," but their hardware is anything but. I've now had two of these mops break. The build quality is abysmal for the price. When I contacted support about the failure, they acknowledged the part was broken but refused to replace it because I'm just outside… Read more
their arbitrary "standard warranty." Instead, they tried to upsell me on replacement parts.
How is it "sustainable" to force customers to buy new plastic components every two years? It's a greenwashing tactic-they talk about the planet while selling products designed for the landfill. If you expect a mop to last more than 12-24 months, look elsewhere.
My mop was faulty and they wouldn't replace it – kept offering to sell me another mop at a discounted price. I don't want to buy a new mop. I invested in this mop so I could use it for a long time! Will be seeking out an alternative brand. Show details
DONT BUY. Not good quality but also zero.customer service. You cannot call them. They only deal through AI. They don't answer emails. Absolutely just a money making shop in and out business. Mop handle is now cheap handle that doesn't work properly. I don't see any reason to keep supporting a business that claims they are Australian when they have absolutely no quality and customer service.. Go elsewhere Show details
This is the second mop I have had and it too NIW LEAKS and I’m going to have to throw it away. Very disappointed!!!

Hey, Koh, let's go; if you want to improve your cleaning regime, Koh does a lot of things different and many things better. MOPPING PADS As a professional health based cleaner, I find the mopping pads a real step up. Remember the rule; when they get dirty, change them! If you like them and ain't got enough, then buy some more, simple as. THE… Read more
GREEN ONES... (****) are excellent for trapping tough dirt and grime...
AND THE BLUE? (****) ...For drying. They work as excellent mopping shoes / drying pads and for drying standard sized windows and showers. For larger surface areas, keep in mind using either on windows or mirrors will help the drying process mightily and help save RSI if a big surface area, but the drawback is it won't repel dust and fluff, so use your polishing cloth if you want fit for purpose. If you love them, be sure to buy a few extra!
The newer green ones aren't as easy as the old ones for mopping shoes, but are better overall. They can also be strenuous to clean after dirty sessions (marks, fluffy etc.) Try a good rubber brush to help the process, a hose or a vacuum in handheld mode with a suitable attachment.
Check out the video to see how effective they are on tiles and the difference between the old and new design.
SURFACE SPRAY Koh's surface spray (****/*****) has won multiple recommendations and awards for its user friendliness and is excellent if you need an allergen and fragrance free cleaner; just because a product is natural such as peppermint or lemon myrtle doesn't mean the person won't be allergic to it. Well not the last word in cleaning power, it's effective, safe and ultimately, for an NDIS client, Koh was the go to.
CLOTHS For cloths, Koh really excel in terms of size, performance and innovation. Koh advise to use dry for the most effective performance and to fold in 4 to get maximum use out of it. An extra large version maybe a good future idea as when cleaning large volumes of surfaces, the bigger the better!
THE GREEN ONE (*****/*****) Excellent and my Koh to cloth. For general cleaning, large in size with a rougher ribbed front and regular back, featuring a Fruit Corner style triangle for where you need to scrub tougher dirt. Koh recommend folding into 4 to get maximum use out of both sides and to use dry.
THE BLUE ONE (*****/*****) As above, but for bathrooms.
THE WHITE ONE (*****/*****) For polishing glass. While it does shrink a little, the white cloth is also excellent for glass. White Magic also do an excellent one which is slightly bigger, but both excel. Do not use outside as outside windows often have intense dirt or allergens such as mould and you will soil your cloth, making it harder to wash. SPRAY MOP Light, convenient and flexible, the Koh spray mop (**/*****) easily breaks, the liquid dispenser difficult to remove and the height a little short for us taller folk (any chance you can design a bigger one like the Norwex alternative?). On top of having to tape the handle, the joiner connecting the handle and head has come loose; with a 1 to 2 star build quality at best, Koh really need to rethink this.
However... even without a liquid dispenser, it's handy to have a surface mop for floors, especially in more compact spaces such as bathrooms, laundry rooms or toilets and for reaching higher areas such as windows or tiles. A version with an adjustable handle or half size version (windows, etc) may be a good way to Koh in the future.
GROUT BRUSH( ***/*****) Soon to be discontinued, despite the build quality its very handy when the rubber bristles aren't falling off.
BLACK SPONGES (**/*****) Also to be discontinued, these are the weakest link in the range, offering little effectiveness.
I mop my whole house with this. I have a dog with allergies and grandchildren so I know it’s safe. Wouldn’t use anything else! Show details
Best mop ever – This mop is hands down the best mop I have owned. It gets under tight spaces, the sponges clean well and then you through them in the washing machine. The spray bottle works a treat and with some eucalyptus oil drops added to it my house smells great! And I love the little scrubbing attachment. Show details
Doesn’t last! – Doesn’t last! Great Mop while it lasts. The handle crumbles and breaks around the screwholes with occasional household use after just a few months. Leaves the mop unusable. Koh replaced it but replacement did the same after less than 6 months ( used 2-3 a month in a small 3 BDM house). Now customer service wants me to buy a new one. No help… Read more
offered for a mop that doesn’t even last a year. Pretty poor quality and service. Anyone in marketing knows it is much more expensive to gain new customers than keeping existing ones and these guys lost me here sorry. Definitely won’t recommend them.
Great – Iv had this mop about 3 years I still have all the original heads. Washed well so far. I’m always used the Koh liquid. No weird finish on the tile. No issues with the spray not working. Best investment as iv had so many spray mops in the past that work for 2 seconds and don’t spray any more or the mop heads shrink in the wash. I normally order like 8l as a time and I’m good for ages for my floor mop and bench spray.
Good for its short life – Good whilst it lasts. It cleans well, the Koh liquid is good but does occasionally leak so never fill it up. Disappointingly, it barely lasted 3 years - even with repairs. The handle is not strong enough for average domestic use and appears to be suited to 'spot cleaning only , you still need a mop. The handle screw holder broke within 2… Read more
years (fixed with a hose clamp) however at its 3rd year the handle broke in half. Koh do not offer any spare parts, and no assistance once 3 years old, which is poor for an expensive ($70 RRP) mop. I expect better.
Awesome! – The delivery took longer than expected, but the wait was definitely worth it! (Exactly 6 days). Assembling the mop was a breeze, thanks to the clear step-by-step instructions provided on the box. Everything arrived in a presentable condition, and I would gladly make repeat purchases. Although I found the microfiber cloths (4 that were included) … Read more
to be a bit thin, they still performed well, especially considering that one corner had a scrubby feature. The mop effectively fulfilled its purpose, and I was particularly pleased with the universal cleaner's performance on my oven. I find myself repeatedly admiring the shiny, clean result with a smile on my face. It did an exceptional job inside the oven, and overall, I am incredibly satisfied. The diamond sponge, (a pack of 4 that were included in the kit) is my new best friend and the spray bottle, included inside is also great! Initially, I had reservations about making the purchase, but now I am glad that I did. Additionally, for those who prefer not to shop online, some products are available at Woolworths.
Best Mop Ever! – I just received my new mop from KOH along with their Universal Cleaner and I can't believe just how fabulous these products are. I am in my 60's, have been married for 44 years and had a LOT of mops over the years, but none even come close to this one. It has a chamber to put the Universal cleaner in and you spray it as you mop. My floors have… Read more
never looked or smelled cleaner! It comes with 5 extra washable mop heads which are not thick like your average mop and therefore I was able to get into and under spots that an average mop can't. It swivels 360 degrees and glides like a dream. I can't believe that a MOP makes me so happy LOL! I would thoroughly recommend this product and hope you love it like me.
