Kohler don't respond to emails and don't have manuals for some smart toilet models! – Zero customer service. Ignoring emails. I have resorting to using ChatGPT to help me disable some of the annoying settings on my smart toilet. However, ai having issues too because my particular Kohler smart toilet doesn't have a manual!!! Can't find 1 on the internet. AND all of the instructions from other manuals aren't working. Guys, if you're thinking about installing a smart toilet, don't. In fact, keep things in your home analogue as best as you can because when you sell your home and the next people move in, it is a nightmare for the new owners. People are now actively avoiding homes with smart features because of the headache of upgrading or diagnosing or changing settings when they've just moved into a new home.

shocking company to deal with – Had problem with toilet seats (kohler) coming loose on there toilets. Managers actually called into home to look at problem as they were on there way to gold coast for conference. There advice was clean the toilet more often. Crazy people. 2 million $ home and guests come into it,of course toilet was spotless. Have never used company again and my daughter now does comercial interior design in Sydney so No kohler used with her either. stockingly unprofessional.
