We purchased a brand new MIA this year. From sales to handover, the process and experience was excellent. Communication was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. After handover, we took the caravan for its first trip or “shakedown”. We noticed a few issues with some of the components in the van. After contacting Jony who manages the aftercare, everything was sorted at the first service. Highly recommend Kokoda if you’re in the market for a full off road van.

Total Rip Off – Buyer beware. If you want to upgrade anything after signing their contract Kokoda will want you pay for the entire product, and not give you a credit for the original item. They wanted to charge me $2200 for a $550 in difference upgraded air con. Then when I escalated this to Consumer Affairs for an opinion (not something I would usually do, and have never done before), Kokoda cancelled my contract. All in all a very disappointing experience.
