In the last few weeks, I was considering doing upper jaws implants, I already have lower jaws implant done in Sydney 7 years ago. I started searching the net, one of the main advertisers was KRISTAL CLINIC, Istanbul, Turkey. I contacted them for a quotation, I sent them the required X ray, I received a neat and detailed response, all in the link below, which includes in addition to many other things, a detailed quotation and a treatment plan. The total cost was USD$ 5280, which includes accommodation, transport, and translation. I copied that part of the quotation from the upper link. This part is shown in.

After receiving their quotation, I replied with message at WhatsApp, to make sure there isn’t any hidden costs:- is from WhatsApp chat.

Hi Heba, - is there any hidden/extra cost that is not mentioned here? - is transport from hotel & airport covered? - For the 3 months waiting period between the 2 procedures, would you provide me with temporary dental? And that is covered in your quotation? - I need to be in Germany between 20&25 July, I'll book my trip through Istanbul, if we agree on everything, I do it in my way back; after 25 July 2025. - I prefer to come and see you in my way to Germany; before 20 July, depending on flight bookings. And do it in my way back as I said. - your quick response is highly appreciated.

I just want to inform you that there isn't any hidden cost The process will be all on 4 as the surgeon's advice, and it will be done with the best type of implants, Hiossen American implants in the 1st visit

The cost isn't included temporary denture because you probably have one, so there is no need to do a new one. If you decide to do a new temporary denture to use it during the healing period, the cost will be an extra 200 USD We can arrange a medical examination at our clinic so you can check everything before starting the process The transportation will be included The dental implants' processes need only 1 day, but we prefer to stay 3 days in 1st visit to make check-ups before you leave After receiving this confirmation, I bought a flight ticket to Istanbul, next day after arrival at Istanbul, they picked me from hotel to their clinic, Long story short, they wanted me to take another X Ray, called 3D Xray so they can decide on the correct treatment plan, - I told them that you already decided on a treatment plan and gave me a price. - They said, to be accurate and decide exactly what we need to do, we need this X Ray. - I said, if this X Ray is that important, why you didn’t ask for it when I was in Sydney, I could do it and send it to you, …… talk ….talk … talk, but no logical answer. - I asked, what are the possibilities regarding cost, after taking this 3D X Ray, - The chocking answer was that the cos will be either USD 8000 or 14000. - I cancelled everything, paid them USD 500 for their expenses; hotel and transport. - Next day, I receive a WhatsApp message with a new quotation, they reduced the higher cost to USD 12000, and increased the lower one to USD 10000. (photo 4). They did not mention in this quote the 3D X Ray, they just talk about two different brands of implants and their costs. I did not reply and decided to go back home. Note: I could not upload a link of their detailed qoutation here for technical purposes, I'll try to pu the complete story and docs on Chatgpt.
