I will NEVER put these tyres back on my car again. Not only do they completely and dangerously fail on wet roads, causing my car to slide on the road and the wheels to spin when I accelerate forward on a hill (this occurred from brand new), but the tread wore faster than any other tyre I've owned. Love the tyre and love the service. Tyre is great and the technician who fitted it was very professional.
Mobile Tyre Shop, mobiletyreshop.com.au -The online booking system was so easy to navigate and the office kept me informed of the appointment, mechanic arrived on time, in uniform on 4C morning and worked quietly to replace all 4 tyres and was completed in 30 minutes. Once installed the mechanic took the time to explain what he found and how he… Read more
replaced all the values as needed. I love the convenance of not having to waste time whilst waiting for a traditional outlet to complete, I saved significant money from buying mobile service. I thoroughly recommend the Mobile Tyre Shop to everyone who values time and savings when searching for new tyres... thank you MTS
Good all rounders, but noisy! – Good tyres when new. Car is a 2011 Holden Cruze. But now with about 50,000 on them they are noisy! Show details
Puncture for brand new KUMHO KH27 – I brought 4 brand new KUMHO KH27 tyres within one year, and one tyre got puncture after driving around 12000 km. The quality of this brand tyre is very bad Show details
Sidewall Failure – OEM Hyundai fitting. Puncture at 35000km Front Driver side tyre sidewall failure at 55000km. There's substantial Road Noise when driving at speed. The tires were maintained well and was always driven on sealed roads. Wouldn't recommend. Show details
Really good tyres so far (after 3000km) – The tyres adapt well to wet surfaces during and after rain. They are super stable and keep the air pressure well making me safe money on fuel. They are performing very well so far. They came with a free puncture repair guarantee, and 50K km warranty as well. I recommend them Show details
Sidewall failure at 28K, first time in 40 years of driving – OEM tyre front passenger sidewall fail at 2 years and 28,000km. These tyres absolutely have poor sidewall strength and reliability. No issue with tread wear or handling, but not that relevant if you have to replace a relatively new tyre anyway! Show details
Sidewall failures – OEM fitted to a Hyundai i30. First sidewall failure at 11,000km. Puncture at 20,000km, first in 40 years. Second sidewall failure noticed at dealer 30,000km service. Tyres not wearing well. Even wear across the tread, so no alignment problem. Not a suitable tyre for rural usage. I don't drive on unsealed roads. Show details
safe and affordable – Very good, safe, quiet tyres for affordable prices. 7 months and barely worn with regular use. Tread lasted for while and safe while driving the car . I recommend trying this tyres as they are cheaper and higher quality than other products
2 cars, both great experiences – We have two sets of ESO1 / KH27 tyres in the household. One set on a Toyota Corolla and the second set on a Mitsubishi ASX. Combined Kms of approx 60k and other than some road noise, we can't fault them. ASX is up for a new set soon, very likely to be fitted with these again. Show details
Kumho Ecowing Tyres – Fantastic tyres for our Honda Jazz. Smooth ride, quiet and far better than the original Bridgestone tyres that were on it. Recommend highly for replacements and would be happy to purchase these again in a few years. Show details
Grippy tyres – I've had these tyres on my Subaru Impreza for around a year now. I find these tyres to be quieter and better grip in the wet and dry than the Yokohama tyres that they have replaced. No complaints at all, feel very safe driving my family around on these. Show details

great little tyre – got a set of 4 for a yaris that had scrubbed the originals - 40,000km. these ones have been on for 8 months and 10,000km and no visible wear, they are quiet and hold their air pretty well, i check them every 2 months and rarely need to inflate. tyresales.com.au. fitted at a nearby holden dealer, very simple process, all in price no other tyre places could match. Mid price tyres that do perform better than cheapies – Been using these for 6 months now. The main thing is these tyres have very good wet weather grip. Which means dry weather grip is also excellent. I feel very safe on the road with these tyres. But it also means it is not as much fun powersliding around roundabouts with all the extra grip gettting me around too quick. And the wear is looking quite… Read more
low so far too.
I have tried mid price tyres from every brand out there in the last 25 years, (I drive hard around bends and my tyres only last two years) I have found that most, unfortunately don't give the extra performance. I believe I am just paying for advertising and motorsport sponsorship most of the time. Just because a tyre is labelled as "Sport", does not mean its a better tyre.
I hate spending extra money on tyres to find out they work as bad as the cheap versions and then have to live with crap tyres that make me nervous to drive on for a few years. This is not the case with these Kuhmos. The extra grip that should be there is there. I have had mid priced Kuhmos that have dissapointed me too. But these ones thankfully have the magic formula.
I have not noticed any fuel savings with this tyre. But I am so happy with these, I will likely not experiment with any other types of tyre for a while and just buy these again.
They do make a little noise compared to super quiet tyres. But it is a nice gentle wooshing noise and not really a problem, or noticed much.
No problem so far – These tyres are pretty durable. I haven't had an issue since i installed them in October 2017. Bought the tyres from tyresales.com.au and the installation was a breeze by a pre arranged installer. The car seems smooth and overall it's been a good set of tyres. I will definitely buy them again. So far so great! – Got 4 new tyres for my Subaru Forester after having P1 Centurato's and loving them so far. Best value for money deal that I could find at the time and the fuel savings they advertise could actually be on the money as I have noticed some slight fuel savings. Would recommend! Show details
Good grip on wet roads and very quiet – I purchased four Kumho Ecowing ES01 KH27 205/60R15 91V for $357 on tyresales.com.au. several weeks ago. They are quiet, have good grip on wet roads, and feel very stable. I can't comment on the whether they improve my car's fuel economy till I've driven them some more. However, for $357, I am quite happy with their performance so far. Show details
Wears too quickly – These tyres were put on a Chrysler Grand Voyager. The car handled well on city and country driving. They were quiet but the outer edge wore down after 20,000 kms, possibly due to a wheel alignment problem, but we haven't hit any kerbs so I doubt that should have occurred. Kumho took no ownership of the issue so we replaced all 4 with another tyre. Show details
Cheap to buy...quiet and grippy! – Can"t say yet for durability for the Ecowing tyre so far but I have 10 cars (from prestige to peasant!) and 8 so far have all been re shod with Kumhos! ( 8 so far ...all Citroens as the original Michelin run out plus one Ssangyong Musso!)..They have all been totally awesome and much cheaper quieter and more durable (more mileage!) than the… Read more
recommended Michelin's! Ecowing on my 2001 Xsara Picasso here in Western Australia with our course aggregate roads have proven to be really quiet, compliant and grippy...we haven't had a lot of wet weather since I had them fitted but they feel as competent as the Kumho Majesties I had fitted to my C6 for sure! On my Xsara Picasso I expect them to be as reliable as all of the Kumho tyres I have on my other cars! I have to say that I am a Kumho convert for sure....they are just a great tyre! Even after 10 years of buying them I can't actually talk about their standards of customer service when things go wrong because I haven't had to deal with them! Not a failure ever!!! ( I live in Rural WA and I do lots of miles every year!)
First contact: good. Further testing necessary – Just had them fitted on my car to replace horrible Yokohamas. They are ecofriendly and promise to save fuel. First impression on dry road was very positive. Need to check them on wet. Show details · 1
