honoring a basic warranty claim, he was patronizing and explicitly threatened to penalize me financially for the return. He attempted to treat a major product failure as a simple "change of mind" to avoid issuing a full refund. Under Australian Consumer Law, your financial contract is with the retailer who sold you the item. You cannot be penalized for returning a defective product. I bypassed the CEO's intimidation and delay tactics, went straight back to my retailer (Kitchen Warehouse), and enforced my consumer rights. The retailer took accountability and issued my full refund. If your machine fails, do not let the manufacturer threaten you or waste your time. Never buy a product from kuvings; their warranty is a scam. I bought a juicer that stopped working after a year. When I reached out for warranty support, they told me I had to purchase accessories, which apparently aren't covered. Terrible company, they have lost my juicer and I am the one who has to pay for it. Very rude family owned business tha doens care for its customer. They have refunded others with less issues than mine and they are completely ignoring me now or taking any responsibly to find my juicer.

Kuvings Auto10 – I wouldn't recommend Kuvings Australia nor the Auto10 juicer. The specifications on the website are misleading and customer service is not there to help. their engineer inspected it and you can use it for an hour. The dimensions are different to the ones on the website. The box that the juicer comes in doesn't state what you are receiving, same as the manuals.
The celery gets stuck, pineapple and ginger too. Lemon and other citrus pulp is very moist. It juices apples and pears really nicely. But so does any other juicer that is half the price.
It is not easy to clean, there are a lot of parts and it can be difficult to put together.
When you start juicing together with the pulp comes out juice for a bit and then it stops. Overall, don't waste your money on this juicer.

Excellent Service – Bought a Kuvings Auto10 off ebay, only a few months old. Had issues with the pulp clogging. Roula from Kuvings sent a replacement bottom half, no questions asked. Operation since then has been flawless.
Good Service – I bought a Kuvings commercial juicer last year at the time of the Black Friday specials. I sent a message to see how long the sale would be and for a response straight away from a rep. do like to use this one as no prep required for apples (juices whole). I still use my other juicer, yet this one is so much easier to set up and fast.

I have not received a reply. Nothing, not even an automated reply.
This evening, I tried to log in and see the status and got the following result:
"No order has been made yet."
So, it has been almost two weeks and nothing, not even a reply.
In the middle of the pandemic Amazon delivered from the US in 2 weeks.
On reflection, I should have travelled the 2 kilometres to Harvey Norman or the Good Guys and purchased a Breville or similar. I would have had a juicer two weeks ago.

whirring symbol. I then tried to use Chrome web browser instead of Safari and go the same issue and errors. I then tried to telephone the Kuvings Customer Service number +61 (02) 9798 0586 for assistance but nobody answered. Eventually somebody did ring me back and I placed my order.
Juicer - Previously I had a Breville centrifgual juicer which was very fast and made a pretty good juice. I decided to upgrade to the Kuvings due to the higher extraction rate and better quality of juice.
The EVO820's juice quality is excellent - smooth consistency with only a little pulp / fibre. Far superior to the centrifugal juicer although surprisingly, still quite a lot of foam. Disappointing that Kuvings don't provide a lid for their juice jug like I had with my Breville juicer as this prevents foam build up.
Other drawbacks are the extra time it takes . You must feed the celery VERY slowly and cut it up into small pieces otherwise the juicer seizes up and the pulp outlet becomes blocked. Also the machine body tends to move as if it is about to come apart. However, Kuvings tell me this is "normal" like a car's suspension operating.
Overall the Kuvings juicer quality is high and worth the ordering hassle, extra preparation and cleaning time. I'm not sure the EVO820 is worth the extra money though at $899 I would suggest going for the cheaper E8000 model as online reviews show the quality of juice is about the same.
