I upgraded my 7 yr old Kuvings juicer to the EVO 820 and regret it was a waste of money The Shute is slow and cumbersome to use requiring chopping into very small pieces This model has not improved on the outlet clogging especially with celery. The model has not improved at all. I expressed my disappointment to Kuvings who did not give a… Read more
satisfactory answer to my concerns I will not be purchasing or recommending Kuvings within my health care clinic
Honestly I regret buying this product. At he the time I bought it was very new and I paid almost $1000 on sale. I looked at so many juicers but kuvings is a well known brand for juicers. I thought I wanted to invest in the best. It is not easy to clean like they claim it is and you don't get alot of juice out of it either. You can juice kg bag of… Read more
carrots only to get a few cups of juice. We all hate cleaning it. It can also be loud and fruit get stuck between the shoot and the center of the machine and no way to push it down without taking off the top. You can see in the piture i have provided the amount of pulpit to juice . Definitely not worth the price.
The Juicer is blocked up easily – The juicer takes fruits easily but cannot handle Celery, ginger and similar high fibre vegetables. Please see photo. The inner sieve is hard to clean as well.
The worst experience ever – Not the best juicer on the market at all, not worth $900. The quality of the plastic jug and waste catcher just after 6 weeks of use (once each morning) is stained and looks 5 years old (yes i followed the washing instructions to the T). The waste dispenser area was constantly clogged on the left hand side ( i have video proof) even when using… Read more
it correctly as I was told by customer service to cut the celery pieces to mo-more than 2cm wide in winter time and up to 4cm wide in summer as this vegetable grows diffidently at different times of the year. I gave the benefit of the doubt of course but no, still the waste was getting caught on the left hand side of the dispenser I was then told to read the box it says "Slow Juicer" i must juice slow. Well i was juicing for 1 at a calm pace but It seems that "Slow Juicer" printed on the box means "slow motion" maybe?
Customer service team tried to intimidate and bully me over the phone and had me on loud speaker for the whole office to hear without my knowledge. They couldn't answer my genuine honest (quality issue) questions so they ignored my points and said you can have your money back. I will never buy one of their products again. The customer service team should be fired if that was my business.
Best thing since sliced bread – Ive had some cheaper $200 juicers in the past and this thing beats them hands down for value. I have got the smoothie and sorbet attachments as well so loving everything about this machine. The juice that comes out of it is amazing. Quiet, easy to clean and effective. If you havent got one, you are certainly missing out. Show details
Stopped working after only 18 months and still waiting for warranty repair – I am very disappointed that after only 18 months my EVO820 juicer, which cost me over $800, has stopped working property. The ON/OFF has broken (as it does not go into reverse) and the juicer cannot process Granny Smith Apples without the waster dispenser blocking up completely. This means I have to dismantle the whole machine several times… Read more
whilst preparing my juice which is slow and frustrating.
Before the juicer malfunctioned, it was a painstaking process. You must feed the celery VERY slowly and cut it up into small pieces otherwise the juicer seizes up and the pulp outlet becomes blocked. Also the machine body tends to move as if it is about to come apart. The quality of the juice is high but it is a slow process.
It is also disappointing that there is no cover for the juice jug like on my old Breville centrifugal juicer.
Frustratinly, I have submitted a warranty claim for the two faults above and nearly a month later I have heard nothing back. Kuvings really need to lift their game
