I rate this business zero – SCAM SCAM. This person does not give a customer what they have paid for he also engages contractors to do the work and does not pay them. He is unapproachable to confront. Everyone in SA please BEWARE.

It's a scam. Beware, South Australian customers!! – Don't trust the formal written quote/contract. It's worthless when the trader [name removed] does a runner and you'll never see your deposit again. The 50% deposit is one of the conditions of the quote/contract. He doesn't have a builder's licence so it's actually illegal for him to accept payment for the work advertised. until it was too late. Ask him for his licence. Also, he's not even registered for GST. Research well if you want to use him but beware of "L&S Paving and Landscaping" in South Australia.
