basic meals through to intensive baking, roasting and preparation for the hordes of visitors who have to travel distance to get to us. CANNOT FAULT THIS STOVE - I only wish I had purchased a 90cm model. Love the sturdiness of the produce and the easy cleaning. Gas (bottled LPG) always even and temperature constant - having food, particularly cakes etc, come out moist and evenly cooked. This far up the track, if you can get your hands on this model - go for it. We've now sold our home and moving to another part of the State so am dreading going be to an all electric stove, cheaper version at that. Will reinvest in La Germania if possible as I can sing its praises enough! The look, the sturdiness, the end result of my cooking. Nothing - only wished I had bought the 90cm model and not the 60cm.

La Germania Gas oven – I have had this oven for 2yrs; gas oven and cooktop. No issues at all, however as the knobs are marked "gas mark" i have a oven gauge inside the oven so i can confirm what it is in degrees. oven. the inside glass can be removed for easy cleaning. we had bought a totally different oven previously and had so many problems but the La Germania has had no issues at all. easy to clean, heats quickly, all gas, looks great.
