The bottle warmer leaks. Even with all the correct parts and o rings. You lose half the milk in the bottle. Piece of cr^p!

Do not waste your money The warmer takes WAY longer than 4m to heat a bottle, it constantly leaks and it says its 37°but is closer to 28° When reaching out the customer service, they find excuse and after excuse. You provide them with their requested evidence and they send you more things to provide as evidence. Basically, they dont accept your evidence, are absolutely no help and blame everything BUT their product despite their product being the only thing that doesnt work.

Lacevo Bottle Warmer - Don’t Waste Your Money – I was excited to receive the bottle warmer. The site stated that it would warm 7 bottles on one charge, I’d guessed that wasn’t going to be correct but thought it would be more like three or four. It’s one! You might get two but if you need to keep the bottle warmer for any period of time it is just one charge and one bottle. I contacted the company, I wanted to check if this was common or if something was wrong with the one I was delivered. I received a very patronising response. They stated that to achieve the seven the bottle had to start at room temperature and this is what everyone does and it’s easy to charge it just take a portable charger with me. Well, I cannot find anyone that heats milk from room temperature and I want to carry as little as possible, not more. The reply was terrible and the statements on the website are misleading at best. The product does come with attachments for a number of bottles, is a great size and easy to use, but if I’d known it was one bottle, one charge I would never have purchased it.
