Horrible – For being there for a wedding the food was horrible and cold

Lake Macquarie Yaght Club – Recommended to have lunch at the Lake Macquarie Yacht Club and found it really very spacious with no background noise although there were several tables taken. We shared chilli prawns as the servings were very large and the meal was excellent as was the service. We did find however that the meals are more expensive than most clubs we have attended, not a lot more but for a club very expensive. It was a perfect day and the views were magnificent

Update.

It was a very hot day so we booked a table inside in the cool. Very NOISY Ordered LAMB CUTLETS ti share $42.00. Came with a cold extra plate with steak knives. The cutlets were four in groups of two. Even with steak knives were struggling to cut my two cutlets in half and bite size pieces.

There was no where to sit away from the noice in the dining room so we had to go home. Don't go there on a hot day nor order LAMB CUTLETS.
