calling them and getting a answer is a nightmare.I have called them everyday since 17th may and today is 31st may getting a straight answer is a miracle.please stay away as much possible I wish I can give them negative hopefully they will lose all the business and wish they will come to a position where I am and they will feel and go through I am going through.
Be careful – Due to legal reasons I won't say much however do your research don't be dazzled and ensure the car is tip top before putting down any money. Return claim had to be made and the road towards it was not easy. Show details

WARNING!!!!!! Don’t do it to yourself – Absolutely don’t believe anything this place or [Name Removed] tells you.. Pictures will look great.. (Photo shop works well). Everything will go pear shaped believe me. My experience with this place.. Nissan Nav 2007 turbo.. hell where do I start. How about no reg, almost zero fuel luckily it was dropped of at the BP. Then the trouble started… Read more
the paint was absolutely shocking nothing like it looked in their pictures also parts like spotlights missing..Battery needed replacement along with starter motor then wheels needed alignment brakes needed replacement fuel filter needed replacement. then we haven’t even got into the cam bolts not done up needed replacement. The car blew smoke worse than Cheech and Chong on a Friday night. it turns out the vacuum control shaft to the turbo wastegate never existed.. so just dumped always. How this thing passed road worthy is beyond my or anyone’s compression. Battery was just floating around in the engine bay.. I could go on forever but running out of space.. to this day months later I’m still finding stuff.. [Name Removed] soon as you mention problems will flag your calls.. This is definitely not the place you want to deal with.. I WILL NEVER LET ANYONE BUY A VEHICLE HERE. feel free to message me anytime for more details.. Matt
Rip Off 296 Hume Highway Lansvale Automotive – Was sold a 2010 Navara which was cleaned up very nicely. Being my first 4wd I didn't check over it as well as I should have, and upon my mechanic inspecting it, its been realized that it has had both differentials swapped, and with incorrect ratios so the car cannot drive in 4wd. It was also sold without rego to me, and the dealer let me drive it… Read more
from the lot unregistered. When I called 30 mins later and asked about this, he laughed and demanded $550 to put 3 months rego on, a price I feel is very unfair as that's the cost for a years worth. They were also extremely pushy for me to leave a review, and when I left an honest 3 star review (see their google page) I was immediately contacted in an aggressive manner asking why I had done this, and for me to take it down. I would avoid this dealership at all cost, or get any car privately inspected (don't use their offered service), before purchasing.
Extremely happy – We picked up our new MG ZST today and couldn’t be more happy with the service. Noah sold us the car on Saturday and was very helpful with all the information we required. Simon showed us around the car and told us everything we needed to know. Tiffany made everything run smoothly. Very happy with this dealership. Show details
Avoid scammers form Lansvale Automotive – Avoid! I bought a car from them, promised it’s a perfect car. Just once I left their place 10min later engine was overheating! They refused to give the money back and promised to fix it in two days. Two days past and then they stopped responding or answering their phone. I went to their dealership and they start screaming on me for bothering me… Read more
and locked their doors. Day after they called with good news - car is fixed and ready to pick up. Unfortunately once I did a test drive the engine was still overheating and absolutely nothing was fixed. Few weeks past and eventually they gave the money back. Of course, they tried to scam me then as well. They did two transactions from different bank accounts. One transfer came through immediately and with another transactionthey did a mistake in purpose by changing one number. Eventually money still went through next day but you won’t believe - month later I received a letter from my bank were they asking to refund the money as it was sent by accident.
Please be careful, these guys are the BIGGEST SCAMMERS in Sydney. All their cars are broken and once you give the money the problems will start one after another.
Very bad business, Best Buy autos, also lansvale automotive, 296 Hume hwy you have been warned – Very rude car sales! Your best friends until you say no Thankyou, Then they were just absolutely rude! Bad shonky cars, they make 2nd car yards look bad. So dodged a bullet, I hope this helps people! Lucky I know cars, but some people don’t have that experience, so please take someone that knows cars if your considering buying from them or anyone for that matter. I’m not surprised when I saw the bad reviews.
very disappointing – 17 year old purchased VE SS Commodore... drove down from Canberra. Promised that it was in sound condition. Had a reputable mechanic check in over when he got it home.... then the trouble began.... it had gear box problems.... warranty paid $900.00 towards fixing that.... wheel bearings gone... he paid to fix that.. no lights checked that out...… Read more
no globes in lights.. hardly enough petrol to get to service station... was declared unroadworthy by certified registered inspection mechanic... had computer put on it today and confirmed the heads leaking that will cost $4000.00 to fix . deal with yard at your peril.
Basically good people – September 19th 2019 Update: They are good in finding affordable car to general public.. often busy people! Can serve well to help its customers.. as a customer I was a bit confused but eventually it seems they are ok to help me with fixing my car problems and handling the matters with the extended warranty company (integrity car care)! Ripped off lemon – Don't buy from Michael jabar. He has changed location and probably names to somewhere in casula, he does this frequently and his procude is rotten . I bought a car about 7 months ago and I'm paying for it. If payed nearly 7g in fixes since I got it (major pre-existing faults) and I'm currently going through a court case to get him to pay. shines them up and sells them as good as new but never actually sends his cars away to get checked. Steer clear, he's an a grade modern scammer.
Stay away scam artists – Lansvale Budget cars. My guess is the whole street us owned by the same Rip off Murchants. Sold us a car on a bunch of lies turned up on a truck full of rubbish and dirt inside, damage outside and almost no fuel to get to a service station so I wasn't walking home. Called them to discuss and they are doing my calls. Pure scumbags!! Do not buy!!
Bestbuy Autos Lansvale the worst Dealer – People dont ever buy cars from Bestbuy autos Lansvale..!!! other dealers around but it s all because all their cars are mostly defects and they’ve done a pretty good job in covering them up. Thats when i got fooled to buy my car from them and i introduced 3 of my family members to Also buy cars from them. All im saying is my car was a defect car and im stuck with a huge amount of usesless extended warranty which doesn’t cover any of the needed repairs. DONT BUY CARS FROM BESTBUY AUTOS LANSVALE!!
Pitiful – Bought a used car from here some time ago and after seeing the "tricks" they used I will never, ever use them again. Windscreen wiper blade held on with a paper clip, battery didn't last a week, Internal switches broken and "fixed" with sticky tape..the list goes on. The workshop staff were outside having lunch break and it sounded like they were… Read more
having a swearing contest, they didn't seem to care that women and young children could clearly hear them from the nearby footpath. Avoid this place at all costs.
Terrible – I wanted to buy a car that is Nissan Xtrail No DPC-90Y and it was advertised in CarSales.com.au. that No scratches in the inside and verbally confirmed all the upholstery as look as new and nothing damages. Since I am coming from the Melbourne I have transferred $2400 by relying his word and told him over the phone if the vehicle not up to the condition what he describe I need my money back and he agreed to that over the phone before transferred the money. On Sunday 13th of August. So I book my flight to see and buy it the car on 16th August Wednesday. When I went to see the car I found the vehicle have lot of dents and three spot of body damage where he never specified and never send a Photo of that. Also I found that Internal Leather upholstery damage and most of the Plastic panels has scratched beyond the repair and It has been badly used. Then I told him that I am not prepared to buy the car as he unspecify damage and the Car never look like as new what he specially SMS like that. So I demanded my deposit. Then he got really agree and he forced me to buy the car by threating if I not buy I would not allowed to go back. Then I wanted to get some Photos of the damage and dent inside leather damage he didn't allowed and try to chase me to grab me. Then I quickly went away out of his premises and called three time to Police emergency as I thought my life in risk I not buy the car All three time police confirmed that they were waiting for a car to come. So I moved in the adjoining Holden dealership and made conversation by Text Massages as he didn’t threatened me via the Massages. Then I told him that I was purely cheated and I asked my deposit. Police gave a call confirming they arrived at the spot during the time I was going back to airport and I said that luckily I able to get out of him and able to not to complete the transaction irrespective his threating. Also he agreed to do the 30,000Km Service. But He didn’t done that too. Verbally he said that before I make a deposit the deposit will be returned unless I happy. But After the Deposit made on Sunday the following day he send me SMS saying “Pay for it When You See it First”. Then I felt some suspicious over the Vehicle too.
