Never again – Had my personal information stolen in the cyber attack which resulted in a fraudulent transaction on my savings account. Made lots of calls but they were not taking calls. Made a complaint online in May but have not had a response to date. Received a letter today advising of a charge on BPAY payments. Obviously the exorbitant interest is insufficient. I have paid out and cancelled the card. Customer service is non existent. Show details

Credit Card is good if you don’t want rewards – Liked it better when I received rewards as I used to get the gift cards that could be used at Myer or JB hi fi. Even though there was a small annual fee it was better. Now they have no rewards but have dropped the annual fee. I do like how you can pay for purchases in 4 interest free instalments so that is a plus. The international fees are high if buying online from overseas.

So far so good after a year – Pretty good in-terms of receiving rewards points per every dollars. Monthly insurance protection cost does add up, specially for general household amenities ie electricity, water bills. As you wouldn’t expect to trigger your insurance for those services. Customer service isn’t the greatest compared to other credit providers. Unless you get someone… Read more

locally who can understand your needs at the time. I wouldn’t use this card overseas as it would lack a lot of service that I need. I would look at their other credit card 28 degree for overseas purchase. Better exchange rate.

What A Bunch Of Bottom Feeders – My wife mistakenly transferred some $1,500 to her Latitude Infinity Rewards Card on Monday last week instead of to another credit card which she was paying several days early. She called Latitude straight away and was told to call back in a couple of days. She called again on Wednesday and was told that her money would be refunded in a few days.… Read more

She called once again yesterday and was told that it would be back in her bank account by today. Her Latitude account shows that they received the payment on Monday last week and supposedly refunded it on Wednesday last week but it only finally showed up late yesterday. So despite Latitude clearly showing that they had received the payment and claiming that they had refunded it, it took more then 1 week for the money to be returned, presumably whilst they played the short term money market with funds which did not belong to them. It was fortunate that we had sufficient funds to pay the other credit card in the meantime. I see that KKR were a party to the buyout from GE Capital, the same lot who now own Ramsay Health Care and are refusing to come to an equitable agreement with Bupa, thus affecting customers of the only private hospital in the Cairns region. What a disgusting bunch of bottom feeders. Little wonder that Harvey Norman promote Latitude at every opportunity.

Are they TRYING to get rid of customers?? – I have had the Latitude Infinity Rewards card since Latitude took over the Myer credit card. I was extremely happy with it initially and would pro-actively recommend it to people, because I truly believed it was great value. The rewards programme was fantastic and I made a point of paying all bills via Latitude. However, they then announced… Read more

very peremptorily that they were abandoning the rewards programme under the guise of "good news no annual fee!!", which I felt was taking us as being very gullible. It clearly wasn't to the advantage of customers. I'm writing this review today because I've just been advised by Latitude I will no longer be able to make Bpay payments with my Latitude Infinity card. Which makes me seriously ask, "are they TRYING to get rid of customers"?????

Pull the rug from under you – I used to have a Myer card before it was bought out by Latitude Infinity. Only had a few minor issues with the card with them charging me wrong fees which was easily corrected. However, when my debit card was hacked and money stolen and my cards cancelled this card was a lifesaver. I always paid my annual fee on time, no issues. Recently got… Read more

notified they were cancelling the Rewards program. They claimed it was to be cancelled on Nov 21, than it stated the 19th and the points had to be redeemed by the 23rd. Done. 2 of the 3 gift cards have arrived thus far. However, as my card was due to expire this month I noticed being the 29th no new card was sent. Called them and got transferred to their outsourced team in India and was notified that due to not using my card enough (???) my card has been cancelled. As we have all been in lockdown on-and-off for two years with no income, the credit card was used sparingly so not to accrue debt. However, I have begun using it again now the country has reopened and now I am being told from tomorrow the card cannot be used anymore. I was not notified of this decision, I was not "warned" that if I did not use it, it would be cancelled. Just cancelled like that - right in the thicket of the Christmas season. Not to mention having them cancel my card affects my credit score, making it difficult to secure another card despite the fact I pay my debts and annual fees.

Fine for local purchases but not recommended for international use either in person or via PayPal. Very high international charges.

Rewards program removed on short notice – Rewards program removed on short notice with earning stopped on 19 Nov 2021 and redeeming stopped on 23 Nov 2021 with no compensation offered, highly unethical and probably illegal ; I will be making a complaint the Financial Ombuddsman. Show details

Great rewards – I changed to this card for the rewards and was not disappointed. Has got to be one of the best reward return rates around. 2 reasons I did not give it 5 stars. 1. Can only get one additional card 2. The website and the app need to be more in line. The app will show more pending information for a transaction whereas the web site just shows the name of the person who's card was used. Other than that great card.  Show details

convenient way to shop – Convenient way to shop. However disappointing that you pay an annual fee and still charged an additional credit card fee when you make most major payments. Seems like you pay a penalty for having to pay by card. Show details

I liked using this card and the rewards involved. The rewards now gone – It has been fine using it in Australia, but a recent attempt at purchasing using it via a US site saw it refused. They gave K-22 as the reason for stopping the transaction. What does that mean? Unfortunately the rewards program has ceased, as of Nov 2021, so it’s not really such a good deal. Show details

Bad Customer Service – Don't rate their level of customer service. Sound like robots and didn't resolve my complaint. During COVID we could not call and had to email them - after 5 emails and being completely ignored I was forced to give up. Incredibly frustrated as they charged fees that were incorrect. Rewards were fast and easy to claim its just a shame about their service.

This is the best credit card for rewards and more – For every dollar you spend you are awarded points that you can use on gift cards from lots of suppliers. They have a great list of rewards to choose from. Overall they are such an easy company to deal with. I recently had a dispute claim with them and they provided me with a full refund the process was very easy and professional. I thoroughly recommend this company to anyone. Show details

A great all round card. Straightforward to use, no hidden surprises – I’ve never had a problem using this card. The website is very easy to use for checking my statements and making payments, and also for redeeming rewards, which are always promptly paid (I’ve opted for gift cards). As well I’ve always trusted Latitude’s security. Show details

Great card to use and good rewards – I have been using my infinite rewards visa since Myer finished they were kind enough to send me a card no questions asked. Whereas Myer visa had me fill out heaps of pages then said I didn’t qualify as I pay my bills in time. Love infinite for bill payments and every day purchases. Accruing rewards points is easy and quick and simple. Show details
