Latitudepay is absolutely horrible.
Signed up in January, was approved made. 7 payments on time with no issue. Then February 27th the emails about having the money in the account stopped. Went to sign into. My account and It was Blocked!! So I called them to see why and they don't discuss why, other than I wasn't supposed to be approved. Long story short I called multiple times to see how I could pay off the rest before it goes on too long and nobody can tell me.
What a joke
So I applied for latitude pay after a huge amount of hassle with the signup.. got a 150 limit I was like okay... Went to use it for the first time but my details were incorrect so I reset my password and got in it says my limit is 0 and no Prior purchases have been made... I FINALLY got a reply from them and they tell me it's got to do with verification even though I provided all that upon signing up.. they tell me try again in the future (well I won't bother) I check my credit history and latitude pay has DROPPED my score?! I never even made a...purchase how is that even possible?! Huge amount of hassle and drama worst experience I have hummm bundll afterpay zip and layby all fully paid off and max limits .. I always repay on time if not in advance I do the right thing to get my score to increase and U guys screw it up for me.. cheers I'll be taking it further
Latitude is by far the worse app ever
Apparently they are trying to help us but instead making it harder for us, you put down your details all correctly and yet they still can’t verify you, this app is a waste of time along the line of zip pay I’ll stick to my Openpay and Afterpay
Don’t recommend it
Created an account with LatitudePay and it won’t even let me login
I tired to reset my password and still says incorrect password.
Won’t bother using them again I’ll stick with Afterpay

Signed up and approved for $700 so I made my purchase at Harvey Norman and then I went and paid two weeks in advance in my online account. So it was all going well until yesterday when I went to go make another advanced payment but I wasn’t able to sign into my account as it came up blocked!! So I emailed to enquire and then I called once I found there contact number, after being stuck on hold then transferred to two people I finally found out my account was BLOCKED because apparently it shouldn’t have been approved in the “first place” anyway ...that’s fine I asked about payments and was told it will continue to be debited as per payment plan. Which I thought fine. They never emailed or sent a letter or attempted too call to inform me of all this, it wasn’t until I had to make contact to see why I was blocked did I know anything. Anyway they never debited my card on the set date of payments. So anyway the moral of the story is be careful with this company they obviously don’t have a good system because if they were gonna block me then I shouldn’t have been accepted in the first place. (I have good/average credit rating) well I did have probably not any more?! Fingers crossed they don’t charge me fees because they never took payment out on due date. (Yes I have the money in there) I’m currently waiting on a response from them.
Never use this company! Shocking customer service!
I wanted to pay everything off and they are being difficult about it. Still on the phone after 30mins. Don’t bother with this company! Incompetent and slow to respond, will never use again or recommend latitudepay. Stick with Afterpay or zip.
DO NOT USE
I changed my payment date to next wednesday, they still tried to take a payment today, charged me a 10$ late fee and now my account is locked and overdue. Do not use. They like to scam customers for the late fee & mess up your account and also your credit file.
Credit Score went down by 30 points!! Avoid!
Credit Score went down by 30 points!! Beware LatitudePay will perform a hard inquiry on your credit instead of the usual soft inquiry - for the pre approval amount of $500 - $1000. Not worth it! I would understand if it's a loan for a house or car but hard inquiry for a Laybuy? C'mon!.... Avoid and just go with Afterpay or Zippay! Or Best to just save up and buy the item outright. will be paying off this suckers and closing my account asap! please avoid at all cost! you have been warned...
Beware of extra payments being deducted
I found it difficult to get help from Latitude when they deducted an extra $100 payment after the expiration date of my loan contract. When I called, the operator while helpful and courteous, was unable to "find" the extra payment on their system. I was advised to use the online portal to resolve things. I did this and a week later received notification ANOTHER $100 payment was being deducted, totalling $200 they deducted from my account incorrectly and contravening my loan contract. Finally my bank has come to the rescue and will be disput...ing the over-payments. Disappointed in the lack of concern by Latitude about the overpayments, and frustrating that should I have missed a payment I would have been bombarded with nuisance phone calls 3-4 times per day till I made the payment. I've learned my lesson not to give such organisations access to my bank account details. I would not recommend this service, nor would I use it again.
Charged late fee when i paid on time
I have been using latitude pay for 6 months so far has been good. Until now paid my account on time as always and was hit with the $10 late fee on both my orders, they have frozen my account, cant seem to get a hold of them as there is not contact number and they never respond to email.
Bad customer service
I used Latitude Pay to pay for accommodation on Scoopon. They took the first installment out of my bank but Scoopon never received the payment and my accommodation wasn't booked for the next day. rang Latitude Pay and they assured me that it did go through. Scoopon said otherwise. Latitude Pay again and they gave me a number to ring which was unavailable. Have sent multiple emails to get a refund and no reply.
Had no choice but to pay for accommodation on another site as I needed straight away.

Watch Out!! BIG potential sting in tail!
Eight easy weekly payments, with no fees or interest applied. Sounds great! In reality, The ONLY two methods of payment accepted is MasterCard or VISA (both debit / credit card offered and accepted). The downside is, IF you select Credit Card as a payment source, although you will receive no fees / interest from Latitude, it appears to be at your bank's / credit card provider's discretion to treat any payments to Latitude (being a loan company) as a CASH WITHDRAWAL and charge excessive, reoccurring fees (including interest from day 1) because ...they are allowed to do this if you appear to be paying off a financial debt with a credit card. I appreciate that this MAY be, in part a choice of the individual bank governing the credit card, but since sadly, Latitude does not disclose this anywhere on their signup page, or indicate that one method is very likely to attract fees while the other will not, they are the primary source of potential financial discomfort to unsuspecting customers. Disgraceful!
I called them up tonight after realising that somebody had stolen my identity and signed me up from Latitude Pay and fraudulently took money from my card without me knowing since I don't have any internet access.
Ignorant Customer relations
I applied for Latitude Pay several Weeks ago but would not let me put my Drivers Licence NO on the application Stated I had been preapproved for $1100.00 Contacted them by phone & email re this issue but did not answer. When I later checked my credit score I had lost 100 points for nothing from Latitude Pay. Avoid them like the plague just another scam do not give a damn about Customer Service

Marketed to be similar to Afterpay, nothing like Afterpay! BEWARE, my credit score dropped by 66 points
Warning, long and detailed review ahead about losing a chunk off my credit score after their credit check, somehow being approved on my application BUT not being able to use the promotion that made me interested in using Latitude Pay in the first place because of identification issues. Just to be clear, I sent an email and called to resolve the issue but nothing was done and this was over the course of a week.
I signed up for Lattitude Pay because I needed to purchase some items from Catch.com.au and they had a promotion if you used Latitude...Pay to pay for your order then you get $15 off your entire order. Sounded simple and easy so I went on the Lattitude site, put my details in, ticked the box to get a credit check without thinking too much and put my license number in to verify my identity. For some reason I was approved but they "couldn't verify my identity" so I couldn't and still can't even use Latitude Pay or their promotion to checkout. I waited patiently, their promotion changed to $25 off the whole order till THIS Sunday so I tried to call and they said they'll get in touch with me once they have a solution. In the meantime, my credit score went down 66 points and I know it's from their check, I was expecting a drop and maybe I was naive but wasn't expecting 66 points?! And I can't make myself feel better about that by actually using their promotion because I'm not verified. If you can't verify someone then don't approve their application and do credit checks dropping credit scores like it's nothing. The two screenshots I've attached is what keeps popping up when I try to use Lattitude Pay and it just goes back and forth between the two when I click the links.
