This is a scam!! Tanya 2019 – In complete trust, I paid the $5.95 for the risk free trial pack. This amount was taken out on the day and I received my product!! I have not authorized any other payments to be deducted from my account. How dare you withdraw 2 other amounts of $139.00 in October and $145.00 in November, when I had no idea or notice of this happening? How can you… Read more

Another scam :( – Just another scam :(. If you've bought this product, alert your bank at once and try and get hold of the 'seller' to cancel any further deliveries (good luck). But make sure that they cannot take any more money out of your account. November 11th 2019 Update: Cream okay, but can't see any difference after use. Am battling to get hold of someone… Read more

No changes so far. Want to discontinue the recurring order that might have been put in place. Not even sure of the cost of the product as it arrived with no invoice. Please, someone, get back to me.

Huge Scam – Don't order this product, its a nightmare to stop. On Wed, 10 Apr. 2019 at 4:06 am, FROM:cs@averlaskincare.com <cs@averlaskincare.com> ONLY After I wrote SEVERAL emails, texted, called to dispute the charges; over $950.00 debited against my card without my knowledge or consent. I agreed to a trail sample only, informed the company several times… Read more

I didn't wish to receive the product as I wasn't impressed with it, faulty dispenser, low quantity. I returned all subsequent products to the warehouse in Sydney from where it shipped from.

I've notified the company several times via phone, text and email of my decision not to order the product and it's always ignored. They have charged approx. $300 each month for the past 3 months. The company's refusal to acknowledge my correspondence, and to stop shipments has caused me great angst and left me short of funds to pay bills. I had no choice but to contact my bank, cancel my card and lodge a complaint.

I've requested a full refund because it clearly looks like others have been trapped by the same "pay shipping only trial" they're not oblivious to what the scam is.

I canceled within the obligatory 14 days free trial period, and subsequently thereafter.

TODAY 10/4/2019: I telephoned the call centre (number provided in email from cs@averlaskincare.Com the unit is located in the usa). I could clearly hear operators in the background telling other victims of this scam, "The products cannot be returned ma'am" & "Terms & conditions state you're signed up until we're notified to cancel the shipments". However the operators can never find the account, can't locate any history off prior calls in their system by either zip code-name-email address-or last 4 digits of debit card! Therefore they can't cancel your orders.

To add insult to injury, the CSR at the call centre (who handle order processing for over 500 bogus online companies) basically stated she's never been stupid enough to fall for putting her credit card details online to purchase anything, so more fool me. Shame, shame, shame!!!

SCAM!!!!! Haven't tried it hopefully they've cancelled order.! – First and last time buyer of products of this nature online. If I want anything I'll be using ebay instead. I feel much safer there. I have now cancelled my credit card and the fraud squad. I'm only stuck with $5.95 ph. I have emailed them to cancel order, so hopefully I got off really lightly. Big lesson though. I too got scammed!! – Thought I would trial a "Free " sample of L'Averla anti aging cream. Details of credit card were provided for postage costs. why they debited the account. They advised that I had to notify them re cancellation, otherwise they would continue sending product and debiting account. I cancelled the account via email but not before they made another deduction for $150.23. They now refuse to answer my emails and I have had to cancel credit card. The product irritates my skin and I am over $300 poorer for the privilege!!

Scam, Scam Scam!!! – I took advantage of the "Free Trial" of purchase for the cost of freight and purchased the face and eye cream for $5.95 and $6.95 respectively. work so I have not been able to try this one! I emailed L'Averia and advised I was not happy with the product and did not want to receive any further products. I received a reply from them advising "they were ale to cancel my order (an order I had not placed) and gave me two different cancellation numbers as there were two products ! this was on 28 November 2018. To my amazement there appeared two charges on my bank account totalling $287.70 . I advised my bank and after about u weeks they finished their investigation and refunded the money to my account. On 8/3/19 there were another two charges $147.63 and $151.79 (totalling $299.42) on my bank account. I complained to the bank and was told that it was a civil matter between me and the supplier. The supplied had told the bank that "I am stealing a product or attempting to obtain a refund for a product I have already received". These people are making money by defrauding innocent people of their well earned money and should be stopped.

Total Scam – This company is a tricky one, it tricks consumers (particular older women who are not familiar with buying online/or online scamming) to enter in their credit card details for just a postage price. monthly, which usually isn't spotted until after a credit card statement comes in. DO NOT enter any details because this is under the terms and conditions which usually no one reads. Fortunately for me I was able to not be too put out by having that money charged to me but I know that others really would rely on that money.

Evil, greedy, thieving scum bags – It’s a con. Check your bank statements carefully. Without agreeing to or signing anything, they billed me TWICE for a product I NEVER ordered.
