Disgraceful people. After the Trial I cancelled!! But they kept charging me regardless. They are deceitful and liars. They say I didn’t cancel when I know d#mn well I did because their “contract” was totally useless for me. I didn’t want it. People like this should be struck off as both legal advisors and company directors.

Lawdepot made it easy to generate documents that were exactly what I needed. The process was super quick and saved me a fortune compared to a lawyer. The customer service was also excellent

Do not use their e-sign and do not agree to sign any documents that use their e-sign service! In my situation, one party on a contract is claiming he never signed it. I contacted their customer service to verify his signature, and they told me I need to contact their legal team. The legal team refused to verify the contract I signed using their service without a court subpoena and charging $500 in lawyer fees. I wish I was joking.

They keep trying to say "we cannot give access to other people's data" as a way to shut me down, but I am not asking for other people's data...I am asking to verify their own record of this document that I signed. It seems like they try to say this is other people's personal data as a way to extort you with their overpriced lawyer's processing fees.

What is absolute basic customer service for all other document signing service is an expensive legal mess with Law Depot. Really does make me wonder how easy it is for someone to have forged a signature through their service if they hide signer verification that aggressively.

I did not sign up to them at all. Now i have a subscription of $33 a month. [Content Removed] is this? It all happened at 3am while i was asleep. My card was added to the trial period. I have contacted them along with my bank and police.

Scam scam scam!!!!!!!! Forgot to cancel free trial, it was taking money every month! But not sending any email ever since I signed up! Places usually send receipt of my payment but this place just stayed dead silent to make themselves unnoticable! I sent email no answer! No refund! No live chat! Everything fake! Calls not working I paid almost $160 for not using it at all!!!

0% Customer Service – Signed up for trial but the document they had didn't quite match my requirements. I forgot to cancel and three months later I was down $100. I'm normally very careful to avoid this - when I contacted them they refused to provide any type of refund showed 0% sympathy. This is unfortunate as they could clearly see I hadn't used their services at all.

DO NOT USE – Vert scammy. Takes your credit card details early for a useless service, forces you to sign up for a monthly subscription.

SCAM! DO NOT USE! – SCAM!!!! I cancelled subscription immediately after setting up free trial and they still charged me. Followed up to advise of error and they refuse to credit. DO NOT USE!!!

Waste of money and time – Not worth the money - Ended up downloading a free lease from the NSW Government website instead and looks more professional.

Subscription? Scam! – Very scammy way to get people pay for their quite useless services, they offering to you a free trial, you adding you card which is required, then they don’t send you any confirmation or notification with tems and dates so you loose the track of whats going on. 8 month later find out they was charging you all this time with not one email showing… Read more

invoices or subscription terms in over half a year. No account confirmation, nothing! No login details ether so you can’t just go and cancel whatever “subscribed” for without even knowing you did it.

Free trial worked for me! – Used LawDepot for there Sale of Business Agreement form for free trial. Took about 20 minutes then downloaded the PDF. Then cancelled free subscription the next day, no problem.

Probably a scam – Wrote two wills using this website a few days. Came back to cancel my subscription and the website is down (has been for two days). should have paid for a single document from another company. Will post again if I am able to cancel and their offer is legit. Websites don't go down much in this day and age.

Easy to write will! – Very helpful site. Downloaded the free trial, managed to write both mine and husbands will, then cancelled subscription. Very detailed forms and easy to fill in if your intentions for your estate are simple.

Don't fall for their trap – I just want to warn anyone to not fall in the same trap as me. They claim to provide you with a free motor vehicle contract. After spending 30min to fill out all the requested information, they will ask you to provide credit card information and sign up to a free trial, which will start charging you $39 per month after 1 week. Don't waste your time on these guys.
