Exceptional & Personal after-sales customer service – I had recently experienced a mis-diagnosis of a problem by an allegedly reputable repair company with my 5 year old LeeMac integrated kitchen exhaust unit, Apparently problems are so rare with this unit that essentially Leemac were reluctant to sell me spare parts until I had had the problem (and solution) verified. The actions taken by employee "L" to ensure that I had all the information required to do this was awesome , I won't explain in detail because then you may all expect service to that level and I honestly can't see how they could take the time to look after all their customers to such a level.( remember this was a 5 year old unit installed hundreds of miles away from their shop)

They saved me several hundred dollars, and did themselves out of any sale of parts at all, and the unit is one again functioning perfectly. In the event i need another exhaust fan , or I see some other product with the Leemac brand, I will be very happy to purchase their products over others.

Just what we were looking for – Can,t speak more highly of these products, especially the twin motor Outdoor hood which gets rid of all cooking odours/smoke very quickly leaving the enclosed area totally odour free. Lauchlan was very helpful in advising us on all the products.
