Great bike, great customer service – The bike is perfect for my needs which are 30 to 40 minutes exercise up and down steep hills in my town (Maleny, Sunshine Coast) and daily trips to shops, etc. Also I want to mention the service desk at the company: I managed to topple over on a gravel path and damaged the brake lever. I phoned Leitner and they were amazing, helping me with a replacement and advice.
