8 years and never missed a beat – Great little machine that is fitted in our jayco heritage and it has never once missed a beat. We need. A new filter for it now . Only part we have needed in 8 years. I will buy another lie air when this one dies . We used this machine almost daily over the years sometimes with a very dirty load of work clothes and the washing always came out clean and the machine was brilliant.

Constant problem with timer/controller failure – Drain hose split after one use - replaced under warranty but took a long time to source new hose. Controller failed a short time later - replacement timer no longer available, hence machine is now a write off (two years old). Repair agent said Lemair very difficult to deal with - very poor on backup service, parts & warranty. We are… Read more

unfortunately stuck with Lemair as it's the only machine that will fit in the cupboard of our caravan. Small & light weight. Ease of operation Controller/ Timer. Obviously very poorly made. Hose is of doubtful quality also.

Excellent – Came with the 'van. Initially apprehensive about it. Best test was how the chief cook liked it. As I said, she loves it. Is there an alternative? I've read the bad reports, but none of the writers had alternatives to put forward. The machine has a 2.5 Kilogram load capacity -not- 2.5 litre! Ours is in the 'van. Wife loves it. Saves big bucks over… Read more ·  1

the most times dirty park machines. What is there to dislike. So far it has been spun up almost every 2nd or 3rd day during the 4 x 8 week trips we've used it.

Great, initially ! – Hose split and fell apart after about eight months. We were in a remote area and inquired about spare parts and the price for four feet of low quality plastic hose was horrendous. Tried a repair with some black irrigation pipe and it only lasted till the rest of the original hose fell to bits. Spare parts are fairly hopeless, pity really as it… Read more

started out as a great little unit that saved us dollars at parks. Quick to set up and dead simple to use, Unfortunately the "dead" simple very expensive hose caused us much grief.

Back to the bucket and park washers that may or may not clean our clothes. Easy to use, fast, and the size suited us for storage when travelling. Bad warranty, high spare pricing coupled with high postage rates, poor quality very expensive outlet hose.

Excellent – It's the second best thing I have brought for the caravan no more with the bucket and scrubbing brush. My husband take's his clothes off they go into the machine and he even turns it on.

Little workhorse – Over six years very hard use, to date. Both hoses still intact, maybe be because attached to kitchen tap and disconnected and wheeled away after each use. Washes gently and beautifully; spins very dry; uses little water; very quick cycle even when repeating rinse cycle Lately has been abused by uncaring male teenagers (overloaded/used… Read more ·  5

constantly) and now needs repair, will let you know how I feel when I get a price! Now in WA and recommended service centre very inconveniently located for me.

Terrible – experienced problems from day one ...machine kept pumping water out..took it to Lemair service under warranty..service said nothing wrong with it...eventually solved problem by mounting standpipe for overflow higher and larger diameter to avoid suction...installation at fault but instructions don't help. Now have water leaking out underneath from… Read more

split overflow hose. Service people difficult to deal with.

service inadequate...quality control obviously a problem and installation instructions inadequate.

Terrible – Lemair as a company very difficlt to deal with. Looking for alternative machine. The person in the service area was very insulting needs to learn people skills. Asked for manager to return my call have not heard from him that was 3 weeks ago. I liked the size and the weight as we wanted it for our caravan used it only 3 times now told it is not… Read more

Good – I like my machine but dislike the water all over the floor from the leaking hose and the difficulty in getting parts is a large minus. Size and weight is great, I use(d) it when we are at home for my dye lots and when we are away in the caravan for our day to day washing. Outlet hose is made from plastic and disintegrates over time. Because of… Read more

the awkward shape of the hose it is virtually impossible to repair, let alone get a replacement when travelling plus the whole machine has to be taken apart to fit a new hose, that is if one can get hold of one. As it is at the moment, the machine is useless.

Good – Over all an excellent little machine once minor problems with water use and derainage have been overcome. I divert the outlet into a funnel above water level then into the sullage hose to break the syphon. Compact size, light weight, washes well, don't have to use expensive and occasionally dirty park machinespark Syphons out if outlet hose is too… Read more

low or syphon not broken by an air gap. Uses lots of water (30 l approx a wash) if rinse water not re-cycled from 20 litre bucket. Outlet hose falls apart and leaks after several years of use.

Terrible – If you find another option take it.Service is slow but in saying that the repairer we went to was very helpful and said he was pestering lemair for the part. The size is good and being light makes it easy to handle. Lasted 7 weeks before the water kept pumping out.Have been waiting 3 weeks for repair.Repairer said lemair were notoriously slow to deal with. Will never buy another one.

Excellent – A great little washing machine, we have it installed in our small motor-home and spend approximately six months per year travelling, avoiding caravan parks and laundromats. My wife really likes the spin, clothes only take about an hour to dry after the spin cycle. It's so economical with water that water does not become an issue. Small size, low… Read more

power consumption (will run off our 300w inverter) and can wash with 15 litres of water by using the machine as a manual and "suds-saving". Haven't found any after four years but an input pump to alleviate the need for lifting a bucket when sus-saving would be a boon.
