Len Robinson Strata & Community Management

An organisation you cannot trust – I was badgered into paying $6,000 for roof repairs with little or no proof that they were actually required. As far as I know these have never been done. I raised the issue at our AGM and was promised that I would be given some proof, if it existed, that the job was done. When the AGM minutes come out there was no mention of my request and no correspondance has been received.

Len Robinson's processes are right out of the 1980s – I have been forced to use LSRM for last 15 years. Their processes are archaic. They rarely follow up on any action and they do the bare minimum. Everything is scanned pdf. They can't even send a meeting request. It is the most backward company I have worked with in the last 10 years (or more).

An adjustable crescent wrench – As the title suggests, Len Robinson is as useful as an adjustable crescent wrench. Almost every standard toolbox has one. Rude, unprofessional – Very rude and arrogant. 0 care factor for the Owners. Expensive tradesperson and most of them are money making machine rather than providing good service.

nothing done, only to find out they approved a committee member in the same building while mine was rejected. They are bias, corrupt and need investigating in there administration of tenants owners rights. I had to call fair trading who said they are not following legal law and are over charging fees, placing owners in financial distress unnecessarily. I have had to write this review because Robinson strata management, Angela and Joanne are so rude and arrogant and inconsiderate i can't believe they are in management positions responsible for customers.

The meetings are unprofessional, Robinson and the useless committee are so incompetent in quotes and cost effectiveness, its simply embarrassing. The unit block in lazy, outdated and Robinson are the same. They simply take there undeserved commission and thats it, they do nothing to earn this commission in terms of basic customer service, and have a unprofessional work ethic and knowledge of customer/owner services.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY-ROBINSON STRATA WILL DISAPPOINT YOU, LIE AND RIP YOU OFF. THERE ARE BETTER STRATA COMPANIES OUT THERE THAT ARE MORE PROFESSIONAL IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Terrible Strata Management Company – Very unprofessional and either don't know what they are doing or don't care. Ignore emails from the executive committee wanting an explanation of the accounts. management keep telling us contractors are hard to find. The neighbour found her own and the fencing work has finally commenced (no thanks to strata management). They seem to turn over staff often as well which does not help communication when emails go unread. I would strongly not recommend using them.

Inexplicable overheads – Just outright horrible strata management. Every time you get late in paying the bill, they charge some exorbitant fees and threaten to escalate the matter to debt recovery. I had enough of their nonsense. I am a resident of treetop circuit and willing to get rid of them at any cost. Can someone please advice how to get rid of them?

Don't bother – Unprofessional, out of their depth. I have dealt with all managers and always disappointed with outcome & service. Their knowledge is limited, they need update their training as they currently have no idea business skills and strata abilities. Saddest bunch of so called strata managers I have ever dealt with.

Helpless! Arrogant! Terrible – Unprofessional strata management. Always twist the strata law the way they want. Do not care about OC. Does the repair with expensive quotes. ($100 worth repairs will be done for $500). Waste of owner's money. Stay out of this Strata management company.

Absolutely terrible – Len Robinson strata is absolutely terrible and unprofessional strata management. They are rude, they go ahead with the decisions without a quorum (they based the decision for one of the meetings on 1 vote out of 146) They schedule adjourned strata meetings during work week within working hours in their office (e.g. Tuesday 10:30 AM). They don't maintain the property well. Even though they seems cheap, stay away from them!!

Do yourself a favour! – The worst Strata Management company I have ever had to deal with. Absolutely incompetent, rude and do what they want not what the customer wants. Strata Managers encouraging disharmony between friends & neighbours and turning a neighbourhood against one another. My advice to everyone out there....get rid of this company - get back your sanity and find a professional organisation as these people could not manage a chook raffle!
