death throe sounds and then shutting down completely. Their customer service advised me to empty the cartridge and keep the filter clean. I've been vacuuming for 43 of my 53 years and don't need to be told how to maintain a vacuum cleaner. The LG engineering dept need to understand they have a flawed product which needs to be redesigned. Simple as that. I want my money back or a product that is properly designed. Happy to talk.
Do not trust LG roducts == absolutely terrile service - if any – Bought at the 10July for $915. My wife loves it - low noise - good suction, wet mopping all good. all photos of it. I tried to get warranty claim via the website. Product is registered. Not possible. We got another phone call from LG. The vacccuum has to be send to BUNDABERG (the next service center) -we are in Hervey Bay. We must pay for an examination and if found that the problem is not out fault - we get a refund!! After just three month the Vacuum with a 10 year warranty had to be send by us and paid for.. AND a service by website is not possible --you can talk with the BOT --who has no idea what I mean "leaking battery"

house. From approx. six months on, started beeping even after the canister was emptied and filters washed. I purchased more green pre-filters and another hepa exhaust filter hoping this would fix the problem, which it did for a few months before it all started again. The last year had been a nightmare trying to vacuum and now (3 years on) can't use it at all as it beeps and the siren goes off after 2 seconds of use. Am giving this piece of rubbish to a friend who has had a more basic LG for six years without any issues for spare parts if they can use it and looking into buying another brand. Have been using my daughter-in-law's much cheaper vacuum cleaner in between the main vacuum of the week without issue. I'm sure many of the five star reviews were within the first six months or so of purchase, as I was one of those who couldn't fault it.
Get something else – I would normally give 1 star but ehhh because it is still improvement from old Dyson I am giving two stars. My verdict is: stay out of it! hard floor nozzle. Worked decent but broke (not surprise) two weeks after 1 year warranty. Rung customer service and was redirected somewhere to Asia. You talk to someone who is like a robot. No help at all. Needed to buy 2nd hard floor nozzle but it was improved. #2 Hi-Power suction - is the only one suction suitable for good vacuuming. Unfortunately it is playing up all the time. Must press it hundred of times to get this thing activated. #3 extention pipe - cracked and taped with the ducked tape. #4 vacuum rubber handle comes off. #5 Vacuum rubbish container hinges snapped off so the bottom of it is, again, taped with the ducked tape. #6 Very high maintenance vacuum. #7 It is imposible to clean the hard floor nozzle components without drop of water...#8 Moping nozzle - only clean water, no way you can clean floor. It is more like floor polisher then cleaner. #9 Cherry on a cake - broke, sent for repair through tje good guys. Repair took like 2-3 months only because no one from the Good Guys did follow up with the repairer. So after ages of waiting I decided to call TGG and asked whondid theybsent tje vacuumnto. I rung the repairer and only found out that the vacuum was repaired for longer then a month but no one from TGG was interested to arrange back delivery. Of course, I needed to get another vacuum for that period of time. Generally, we had terrible experience and we care for our stuff.

Worst vacuum ever!! – This is the worst vacuum ever just gets stuck with the smallest amount of fluff. If you are someone who doesn’t have any dust any fluff any dirt all this would be a good vacuum for you, but in the real world, this is the worst vacuum ever.!) Don’t buy it’s horrible. A new experience of the best kind – I had many cordless Vacuum cleaners before, but not one can compare to the LG cord zero A9K-AQUA. 1. Easy to use, 2. Easy to empty ( really easy) , 3 . Brilliant suction 4. Comes with 2 battery's and both can be charged together. 5. Has a rotation floor mop, absolutely brilliant for my floor boards, tiles and slate floors. Perfect for daily cleaning – Has been a fabulous helper. Bought it for suction and mop option (considered dyson but they don’t have the mop option at the time) and I am very satisfied. Use mop for hard floors and vacuum on carpet and both always comes up clean. Various attachments also makes life easier for different types of cleaning. Fouble batteries works wonders. Show details

different attachments one wood flooring, tile, and carpet the only time it ever worked was on carpet after this bad experience I decided to call lg and ask for a refund and they told me the only thing they could do for me was see if there was anything damaged and repair, I went to the repair shop they told me to go to they had it for a week and told me it was fine after I called lg a second time they told me there was nothing they could for me.
Needy high maintenance cheaply made expensive vacumn – This machine is,constantly bleeping at you with some problem or another. Filters constantly need attention. Battery runs out quick and on hard floors it just spits out the bits behind you. Now its fallen over and the cheap plastic catch on the dust canister has broken off rendering this expensive peice of cheaply put together rubbish totally useless. Dont buy one!! Show details
It broke in less than 2 years – The attachment for the stick started to actually crack a few months ago, it has now broken due to that and LG warranty won’t be covering that. I actually liked until it lasted, but it’s made of such a cheap plastic. Show details

vaccum cleaner for three weeks. It came back with a note "Dry well after use" or something similiar, dry how? it is left standing as instructed in the utility room when not in use. Anyway, we stopped using it in bathrooms, just in case. That was in May.
However, the smell gotten progressively worse now we are at the point reluctant to use it at all due to the awful odour coming from the unit when operating. The smell is so strong we can smell it as soon as the power button is on and the smell is spread around the house. We have to open the windows to get the odour out of the house after the vacumming. Which is quite an irony, this unit is supposed to keep houses clean! Our house has got the hard floor (tiles) & carpeted floor just like any other houses in QLD. We dont use it for anything else other than its built purpose. So disappointed. It was the purchase I was really excited about.
All my family back home use LG products, for ALLL house applicances. I have LG for all my applicances. Now Im actually considering to buy a new vacuum clearner - Cant stand the smell - I dont think Im going to get a LG. What a waste of my hard earned money! Disappointing they would not replace it even within the guarantee period.
Do not buy – Horrible mopping function - leaves tiles streaky with visible water droplets. Contacted the retailer and LG regarding this quality issue within a few days of purchase and they said nothing can be done until the unit is assessed. I drove 2 hours in total to drop off the unit. It was deemed as functional despite the poor mopping. I will not purchase another LG product given the customer service and quality of this product. Show details

surprised how much dirt was in the canister. I then used the wet floor cleaner and was happy how clean my tiles were. It is easy to use (no holding the button on) and the charging stand holds all the accessories.

adjust for the different surfaces, The bin is large and has a lever that lets you push the rubbish down to compact it, the handy stand is great for storage and the music it makes when you put it back on charge lets you know its charging, does come with floor mopping tools which are great for giving the floor a quick clean but if you have really soiled floor then it may not be the tool for you. Overall this is a great stick vacuum and as I've had many over the years I recommend this one.

little dubious about but for a in between quick mop it’s actually quite good and Honestly fun to use , the pet hair remover is excellent on my couches and dog beds . The unit itself is fairly easy to wash however I would like the front parts on vacuum attachments to lift for easier cleaning . Love that it comes with a extra battery.Overall very happy with this product and would highly recommend
Great alternative to the Dyson - love the ability to spot mop – I have laminate flooring throughout and have had this machine for over 12 months now and recommend it to my friends as an alternative to the Dyson. Certainly get more bang for your buck with this unit. Great for everyday spot cleaning and the ability to spot mop with the mop head attachment is a bonus. Good, but… – Is a handy vacuum, picks up dust, midgies, cat fur and light things easily, however struggles with anything bigger. For example a quarter of a cornflake it struggled to suck up, a sprinkle of sand out of my kids shoes it shot more out the back than sucked up, and taking the head of the stick off it doesn’t seem to have the power to suck this up.… Read more
The telescopic handle is finicky and often pushes in when there is only minimal pressure applied. The mop head attachment seems to just leak the product out the bottom after filling from the top - perhaps I am doing something wrong here?!
Has the potential to be great, but very disappointed, do not recommend, definitely not worth the money, I’m sure something half the price would do the same job as this.

Waste of money – Plagued with issues. Battery’s faulted and have been replaced under warranty. The filtration system is very temperamental, you need an air compressor to clean properly. Have to replace green filter after every vacuum. The exhaust filter has also been replaced under warranty. We have a pen or stick to fully remove fluff from barrel, the new model… Read more
as fixed this problem, but doesn’t help us. The switch is now intermittently working but is on its way out (has not been dropped on its end). This vacuum has all the makings of a great vacuum it just fails to life up to its potential. Went working its great.

Everyday easy – I use everyday, on my tiles with hard floor head, on my carpet every other day with the pet powerhead; it gets out more dirt and fur than cheaper brand, and I use the mop head attachment for a quick mop around the tiles. Show details · 1
