Waste of money to buy this product – Hubby bought this vacuum a couple of years ago, it only lasted one year, so he bought another one and it died just the same…the suction is not very good,

Worst vacuum cleaner I have ever owned – Well I must have got the dodgy one. Worst cleaner I have ever owned. After six weeks of buying the cleaner it stopped. have taken it back to the repairers 3 times which is 1 and half hours away. Not happy.. Never will buy Lg again. Best ever stick vacuum – I use my machine on tiles and carpet. This machine is so good that it makes me feel like a dirty person because of the amount of fluff, dirt and cat hair that it picks up. The machine has a couple of speed settings and when I do carpet I up the power by one level. It is simply great. Not too heavy and comes with 2 batteries which I have found very handy. Very powerful for a cordless vac – Very surprised when we got this back home from the shops that it performed perfectly and hadn't even been fully charged. It picks up loads of debry from the floor. operator. Nope, not happening, bad form Dyson. Battery time was also terrible on the stick and it was cutting out after just minutes. Anyway, I read some reviews and bought an LG cordless. It was $300 cheaper than the cordless Dyson I was considering. I have no regrets! It does a fantastic job on my carpets and hard floors, it picks up as much as the corded Dyson. It goes well into corners, is lightweight and the button stays on, no trigger button like on my Dyson cordless. Battery life is great, I can do my whole house on one battery and if that runs out, hey presto! A second battery is ready to go. It’s awesome! I love the stand alone docking station too. All up, it’s vastly superior to my Dyson stick by miles. Two batteries, an on off button (versus the trigger that constantly has to be pressed for the Dyson), washable filters. Five stars from me...can’t fault it after daily use.

Love it !! – This is my fave purchase this year ! I chose this over the Dyson as the LG you don’t need to hold the handle down the entire time. You also get two batteries, and I didn’t really have anywhere to hang the Dyson with power that was convenient and the LG comes with a stand so I can move it wherever I want and pop it out of the way so it doesn’t look untidy! you need so I didn’t buy the added attachments pack they were urging me to buy although if you have a particular need you may want to do that.

It is effective on floorboards, tiles and carpet and the two batteries are worth it as a back up for major cleaning days. You can change the head easily. The drum for lint is small and like all of them does fill up but easy to empty. I use a slim metal instrument to grab compacted dust if I have overdone it and all comes out easily. I am happy with the purchase and hope it does not cut out all the time but so far has been a joy to use and reliable. The telescopic feature is handy too so you can adjust to what is comfortable to use.

Vacuum cleaner with no problems – I've had a few cordless vac none of them done did what they claimed. The batteries gave up just outside warranty, but this LG works perfectly plenty of runtime . The batteries last, a big plus is that the batteries are removable with a spare on on the charger. Would not hesitate to recommend this vac.  Show details

skirting boards and little spills etc... The suction is great and it's motor head is totally tangle free, so no hairs get stuck around it. Cleaning it is so simple and mess free, simply push the button and empty the canister then click it back on. It also has a cool light that lights up the area your vacuuming! Once your done put it back on it's charging stand and your ready to go for next time. I'm purchasing one for my mum as she is elderly and she fell in love with mine. Really great purchase!

Lots of power yet lacking on suction – I purchased this handstick to replace a Dyson handheld that had died after 5 years of use. on the vacuum has a 1cm gap on each side which means you can never vacuum along the sides of walls/corners properly unless you just use the handheld without the stick. A bad design floor on LG's part.

- It cannot pick up anything that's bigger then the size of a rice grain unless you either lift it up to run over it and sometimes then it will flick back out.

- Don't even bother tying to use it in the car. There is very little suction from the handled without the motor-head which really defeats the purpose.

All in all unless your not to fastidious and are only picking up light dust avoid this at all costs and spend a bit more and get something decent. I was lucky and returned this to Hardly Normal( Quoting the Consumer Guarantee - fit for purpose law) after 3 months and swapped it back to a Dyson which I had to pay more for and am not looking back.
