Fantastic TV! – I bought this Boxing Day 2022 and it's been a stellar TV. I upgraded from a Plasma, so I wanted another TV that could produce the black levels I was used to. This TV has exceeded my expectations. I'm currently streaming RuPaul's Drag Race in 4K which is a very colourful show and it really pops on screen. I do a lot of gaming using my PS5 and PC… Read more

and games look incredible. Love the 120hz refresh rate. The only downside is how free-to-air TV looks. The upscaling in this case produces a blurry look, but I don't watch much free-to-air so it doesn't bother me that much.

Great TV – We had been waiting for an OLED TV like this one to come on sale, and we have been pretty happy with the purchase. Picture quality is fantastic. TV used mostly for movies, sports streaming and occasional gaming. The software is pretty responsive but not lightning fast. However, it is very capable of web browsing, although this is a bit tedious to… Read more

nagivate with the remote. You can connect a bluetooth keyboard and mouse to the TV which helps a lot.

Viewing will definitely benefit from tweaking the settings, and the same footage can look very different between different presets. The "AI Sound Pro" setting can also be a bit hit-and-miss, as sometimes you can hear it trying to tweak the sound on the fly, especially when listening to something like a podcast where the sound should be fairly consistent.

Overall very happy and not planning on replacing or upgrading any time soon.

Burn in from LG's own high contrast screen saver – I raised a repair claim with LG under Australian Consumer Law to rectify the burn in as a result of LG's own high contrast images used in the screen saver that comes on when the tv loses signal from the selected source. They refused to send someone to inspect the panel, let alone repair and wanted me to transport the 55" TV to a repair center myself and pay them more money. Show details

A stunning piece of technology – Our LG TV is a stunning piece of technology. boasts a sleek and modern design that looks great in any room. The picture quality is outstanding, with bright, vivid colours and sharp images. The 4K resolution makes everything look incredibly crisp and clear, and the HDR technology adds depth and contrasts to the images. The sound quality is also… Read more

impressive. The TV produces clear and immersive audio, making you feel like you're right in the middle of the action. The speakers are well-placed and don't produce any distortion, even at high volumes.

The TV is incredibly user-friendly, with a simple and intuitive interface that makes it easy to navigate. The remote control is also well-designed and easy to use, with convenient buttons for quick access to commonly-used features.

One of the standout features of this TV is its smart capabilities. The LG TV comes equipped with webOS, which allows you to easily access a wide range of apps and streaming services, including Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video. The built-in WiFi also makes it easy to connect to the internet and stream content directly from your phone or computer.

Overall, the LG TV is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a high-quality, modern TV with great picture and sound quality, an intuitive user interface, and smart capabilities. It's definitely a worthwhile investment that you'll be able to enjoy for years to come.

Insane picture and sound quality – Easily the best tv I've ever owned and at an affordable price. Once you set it up to your liking, it's mesmerising. Don't let your video game consoles control HDR automatically as they'll clash. Some days it's hard to go to work , the picture is so beautiful. Absolutely brilliant appliance. Show details

OLED is just the next LEVEL! – Super happy with this LG CS 55inch, The colours look fantastic, and the blacks look super dark and crisp! Gaming: Coming from a 60hz Screen to 120 is a significant difference, and I can see a lot more detail and a substantial difference in refresh rates and performance! LG has taken a step forward! I’d never go back to LCD or QLED OLED is just next level! I couldn’t believe I got a major deal on this too! Show details

Excellent picture, great value but some annoying features – Bought this in Good Guys for $1565 which is a lot cheaper than the C1 was last time I looked. The TV is a C1, basically but with a much better, faster processor. The OLED picture is sensational with night scenes very clear even in a lit room but the sound is pretty ordinary so I had to buy a DtoA converter and hook it up to the HiFi, but then, my… Read more

hearing is not the best. Plenty of ports-all digital. Remote control needs to be re-learned as it is very different from my old LG remote which, fortunately, still works on the new TV. I'm so pleased with this TV, highly recommended.
