LG K42 (2020)

Excellent phone. Fast and fantastic screen – The LG k42 a pleasant surprise. Bought on special at Big W and charges up fast with USB C. Although LG are moving away from their mobile phones they still offer upgrades and security for two years. The screen is bright, anti scratch and smooth. Not glitchy, no lag. Plays video flawlessly. Browsing a breeze. Sound is outstanding. Great size screen. Not heavy or bulky for size. 6.52 inch screen. Four cameras combine to give great photos. Lots of camera settings to play with. Bluetooth 5 is much better with this phone. No voice lag with movies. LG produced another quality product.

LG fails to deliver accessible phone and functionaly – Poor accessibility options/function. Phone doesn't have default LG keyboard out of the box Can't turn of google voice typing to switch to standard keyboard function unless googles service is turned on, Message settings are basically non existent compared to lder LG phones - can't even turn of swipe function Guide says user must download and access L:G APP to get a keyboard Appalling design that a phone doesn't even come with an basic keyboard let alone being able to enlargen onscreen keyboard. Very very poor UI for anyone wanting to 'plug and play' and has any special needs/disability. Won't stop sending notifications for services you turn off Screen size is very good No other functions used as we can't use the phone because of the keyboard issue.
