was a fair bit back when they first came in. This was the first LG phone i'd ever had, and it will now be the ONLY LG phone i ever have. Good looking with good features. Spare battery. Easy to use. Camera and MP3.. The touch screen is useless. The phone just operates by itself, flicking in and out of menus etc. Sometimes would just freeze or turn itself off.

OK – Is much better than my previous phone. I have had it for 1 year, 1 month and am still using it but with more modern phones now available this phone isn't as good in comparison. Bad – I got sucked in with the phone looks and functions. The only phone i will ever have and own will be a nokia best brand. looks are good 1. touch pad is too touchy. 2. goes onto the internet when you don't want it to. 3. freeezes for no reason. 4. the slide breaks easily

Terrible – DON'T BUY IT. If someone gives one to you as a gift, you might get a few months out of it - that is of course if you haven't given it to someone else by then. looking and cheap. Will fit in your pocket easily. You will never find this phone in you handbag. Too slippery, I can guarantee you will drop it no matter how careful you are. Poor battery life - after 11 months my phone randomly turns itself off, even on the same day I have charged it. Just don't buy it.

phone without a memory card. The phone was very slow. When I slid it up it would take a few seconds for the picture of time to come up.

The keypads are very sensetive and bluetoothing was very diffucult because it kept on disconecting. Also I lost alot of credit by the phone calling people without me noticing. After about 5 months of use the touch stopped working, I woke up one morning and had a message on my phone I went to look at it and my touch screen wouldn't work. I had been having trouble like this for a while.

You could only hold 150 msgs (inbox, outbox & drafts included).

It's a very slipery phone and falls out of your hand easily after a few drops my side buttons stopped working so I had to slide it all the time.

After having to slide it so much my screen often went blank and I would have to turn it off and on to get it working again.

Some moving pictures that worked on older models wouldn't work on this phone.

You can only choose from 4 message tones.

be able to hear anything which is very bad if your battery is low! when finally connecting i am told they could hear me but i couldnt hear them. also touch pad is VERY sensitive. after almost completing long txt messages all of a sudden the screen would change (as if u touched a button but my hand was nowhere near it) & u could easily delete message. overall a VERY frustrating phone that does your head in, i wish i had looked into it more & went on this site first but as i got it when it just came out & the sales guy really recommended it, i didnt know any better sleek stylish look. compact, has camera & mp3 comes with 2 batteries, all the reasons why i bought the phone oh where do you start? touch buttons to sensitive, silent mode mucks up. see below.. you have to turn it off, then back on, before it will work again. The battery life is poor. Regret buying this phone, wasted alot of money for this when it first came out. A very sleek stylish phone. people with this phone and not one of them is happy with it. But if all you want is a simple phone for phone calls and sms it would probably suit you. I only recommend it if you get it free with a plan, don't pay your money for it. I got it because it was slimmer than my last phone, the camera is a good feature and it has bluetooth It is extremely fragile, the battery lasts only 1 and a half days, it has no speakerphone, the alarm has no snooze, calculator can only handle 2 decimal points, it can't send sms to a group, the touchpad is easilly activated by accident in my pocket- I have rung a few people without knowing, USB cable can only access photos taken by the phone itself but not ones recieved by sms or bluetooth. A luxury item I was disappointed it didn't have was to be able to use an mp3 for sms tone, you can only use mp3 for ring tone.

sometimes can lead to pressing the wrong button because they are too sensitive it gets scratched easily.mines all scartched. and the battery cant be taken off easily it stays there so you need to push the button to remove the battery very hard and that scratches the back and the battery only lasts a day and a half...you have to have it on charge everyday...i usually keep it on charge while im sleep.

all. I dropped it once and it has a massive dent and had to be put together. I've dropped all my old phones more times than I can count, without any damage. Its probably only suited to very careful people. It's a good looking phone, it's just not very functional.
