Been a real workhorse for 8 years – We all love how easy it is to use and it is pretty easy to keep looking like new with stainless steel everywhere. It finally gave us trouble after 8 years of constant use in a family of 5, including use as an extra convection oven when we ran out of oven space for big family roasts. And even then, it was only the internal light failing which… Read more

tripped the fuse. Would definitely consider buying one of these again if it eventually fails beyond repair. Big, looks good, easy to use and easy to clean.

I have recommended these so much to my friends but unortunately I can no longer find another to buy. Reliable, efficient, so versatile. Cooks beautifully. Only con - can't buy another

Terrible – Definitely purchased a lemon, but quite reassuring to know that it's not just me having all these problems with such an expensive microwave that promises the earth!! As for customer service - what customer service. When I mentioned my probs with this LG appliance at work, I was literally bombarded with other tales of nightmare… Read more

appliances/customer service all relating to LG appliances. Needless to say I now steer clear of anything bearing the monogram of LG Love the rotisserie, about the only thing that does work on this microwave Less than 6 mths after purchase the turntable stopped working, motor was replaced and again turntable stopped a few months later and had to go for repairs. Still works if and when it feels like it!!

It was returned with a broken door Lg did replace the door, but the turntable still doesn't work.I was told the turntable only turns on microwave well it doesn't un less I… Read more

Terrible – Not even a year after purchasing the product, the motor that turns the turntable failed and had to be replaced. The door of the microwave/ convection is loose and makes a loud noise when opened or closed. It is very hard to clean. When I complained about the faults of the product to LG, I was sent to an authorised repair centre to have it fixed… Read more

under warranty. After waiting nearly a month, the unit was returned to me worse than what it was prior to being fixed. I found the overall quality of this product poor and the manufacturers response extremely appalling. After my experiences, I will never buy LG again!! Stylish, attractive and portable. Heaps of coocking function to choose from. Turntable doesn't work properly. Poor Quality. Customer service give me the run around and repairs that were carried out didn't fix the problem.

Terrible – This model looked stylish and the rotisserie feature was appealing. There is a large mica cover on the magnatron, which is on the side of the oven. This broke within a few weeks and needed to be replaced. The paint flaked off the inside of the door, and needed to be replace. The rotisserie broke soon thereafter. The microwave function broke. oven temperature is only about half what it is meant to be. In all it has had to be returned for repair four times in two years. Everyone we speak to says LG microwaves are complete rubbish. Rubbish is too good a word. Rotisserie - didn't work for long though Appalling quality

Terrible customer service
